I was apart of a birthday party which was 7 people including the birthday girl. One person in the party ordered a $15 drink and three shrimp fried rice bowls for a total of $39 not including tax and gratuity. She was told her seat would cost $15 if she did not order a meal. Utterly ridiculous! She spent more than the price of the salmon meal ($32) so why would you charge her more??? If she had ordered nothing or less than one of meals then a charge for the seat could make sense, I guess. Not to mention she was in a wheelchair and not sitting in a chair! This practice is greedy! Hana Japan need to do better and give the person mentioned in my review a meal on the house for the unnecessary aggravation! Rhonda - TAB

I went there for my birthday it was 8 people in my party. One of my people wanted to order just three shrimp fried rice plus they purchased a drink. The restaurant insisted on charging her for her seat because she didn't order a regular meal. (Just a note she was in a wheelchair so was it really their seat ♧Two people in my party ordered appetizers we all ordered meals that cost $58 so why still charge the person a extra fee because they didn't order a actual meal makes no sense Plus they didn't give us the full Grill experience with the tricks etc They rushed through the cooking process. I will not be going back there ever again.

First time visiting. The food was good but a little pricey. Our chef was pleasant and attentive and overall did a great job. Unfortunately the people we were seated by completely ruined our entire experience. On top of being extremely loud and overbearing, at one point they even used their (dirty) utensils to put food back on the grill that had fallen off onto the table! 🤮
Excellent quality teppanyaki with lots of selections and service with a smile. Expect to be seated at your reservation time. Very well run operation. Definitely will be back.

Ordered to go they gave us white rice not even fried, it was only 2 spoon fulls of rice horrible portion, the yum yum sauce was so thick and nasty. Wasted over 100 dollars. Very disappointed.

The table next to us had rice that looked like it was an ice cream cone. We ordered 8 fried rice for six people. We also had salad and soup. I think because we ordered the extra fried rice they barely even filled the cup. Each salad was about half of the amount as normal . Very disappointed in the chewy Kobe steak. I'm very familiar with Kobe steak and it's generally pretty delicious . Hana Japan going downhill fast.

Really good experience, love how it's spacious walking through wise . Customer Service is awesome. And I enjoyed the lemonades . Also, Bthrooms are clean !
