It's a super nice and calm store with quick service and yummy food! My absolute favorite poke place in the area, I've been going there for years! The staff are always nice and welcoming. I love the free miso soup!!
We love this place! Getting a poke bowl here is our main motivation to go to the premium outlet! It’s a 50 minute drive for us but we make sure to stop and eat there regardless of time of the day. The ingredients are way more fresh than the poke bowls we had in south bay, they have more topping options, miso soup os great, and the price is fair.
I loved this place. Would totally eat there again!

Found a hair in the bowl. Last time the spicy tuna was rotten. This used to be my go to place. Not planning on going back till I hear something about ownership change. The place has gone down the drain since the ownership change.

Food was amazing, it was phenomenal and the style of making the artisan of food was breathtaking. I also love how a coworker by the name of Jack was very nice and an outgoing employee. Overall, I give this place a 11/10 I would suggest all of you guys to come to this place.

Place has gone down the drain. Last time I ordered about a month ago the spicy tuna had a rotten taste. I was like ok - maybe an off day for them or something.Ordered again today and found a really long hair in the bowl. EwwwNeed a new poke spot in the area.

Omg the people were so nice especially this kawaii desu girl with glasses! definably would recommend this place to my friend. Love the quality of the fish, and the seating area was nice.
Been here several times and it is absolutely delicious every time! The portions are huge and everything is fresh. Definitely our go to for poke cravings. It's small inside but the shopping Plaza is big with plenty of parking. Service was fast even when they had a long line.

They used to be really good service, and really good portions, last time I ordered a week or two ago I got there 20 minutes after placing an order and it said it would be ready and the employees were standing around talking and laughing and hadn’t made my food yet, this time I went, and like last time, it was also a very small portion Where the ball didn’t even seem to be half full, and I always order a largeI will start going to either of the two places in Pleasanton, better service, and better portions

Gave this place another go today, hoping either Nancy has the day off or atleast on break...and while we lucked out on Nancy not being there today, I guess her wholesome "we don't give a crap about providing good customer service" rubbed off on some of her colleagues. We went in and ordered 3 different Poke Bowls, the girl who took the order was rushing us through everything, she mixed up the toppings between each set. She even asked her coworker to start on the 3rd set while still working on the 1st and 2nd, and guess who the coworker will ask on what toppings were going on the 3rd set? I'll give you a hint, the person telling you what toppings go on the 1st and 2nd set, the same one she was rushing...Seriously though, I understand these are kids working minimum wage jobs...but I'm pretty sure 90% of us were in their shoes at one point in our lifetime. Do they not get the concept of "customer service"? Or what comes with working a "job"?Like I've mentioned before, I hate to give bad reviews, especially with local businesses...but maybe this one is super confident because their food is pretty decent, that they don't give a crap if their customers service is close to none. Scroll through the reviews, all the bad ones have almost nothing to do with their food, and everything to do with their workers.

One of my favorite poke place. They don't go cheap on the portion at all. Every time I eat there, I get so popping full. It feels like I have eaten two bowls for only ordering one. Their seafood and fish are very fresh and well seasoned along with other sides.I had a very weird experience with my most recent visit. We ordered two exact same bowls but prepared by two different staffs. One of the bowl wasn't generous at all....I voiced my objection and the staff who prepared the not generous bowl annoyingly scooped a few piece of additional fish for me which didn't increase the portion by much... We could clearly see the difference between the two bowls...I hope this doesn't start to become the norm.
