The small box at 55 RMB an hour is the most expensive among all the KTVs I have been to, and there is also an 18% cleaning fee. In the end, the three people spent 233 RMB in total for three hours (including tip and ordering two bottles of water and one serving of ketchup only). fries)

Mic batteries died 3 times and we noticed that there was a $15 cleaning fee on the bill. Overpriced for a limited song selection and we tried to ask for a discount because of the amount of times we had to go out and ask for more batteries (which added on to our time), to which they did not give.

They had a good selection of songs, but the setup was confusing at first. Also, the place is overpriced overall.The one thing that would keep me from coming back is that you cannot bring your own food, and the food here is absolutely terrible. It is overpriced, disgusting, bland and not fresh.

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this karaoke place. The venue itself is really nice, but a bit pricey. The only downside was the rude servers. I recommend bringing your own food to avoid having to deal with them.

Do not come to this karaoke bar. They charge 2$ per minute. My group ended up paying 700$ for three hours of karaoke. You could buy a karaoke machine and hire a professional bartender for half the price.

Went last night for the first time. If you like conventional music or have an older iPhone you will be ok. Went with a playlist of things that were not conventional and an Android and was not able to sing 80% of what I wanted to. If I knew it was only the package songs I would have made a different list, but we were told they had a system where we could look up whatever we wanted via YouTube. No one mentioned that to do this you had to use an older iPhone and unlimited data as with the provided wifi we were not able to stream songs. Our room for 8 also only realistically comfortable would fit 5. Multiple things that were listed on the food menu were not available the things which we did get were basically frozen foods that had been microwaved. Takoyaki did not even come with any sauce or bonito. Our tiny table did not fit all our food on it, nor did it light up as was advertised. The staff was apathetic at best. Alcoholic drinks were tiny and overpriced. Only canned sodas were available Pepsi and 7up. They even told us that the pictures of the beer taps and soda fountain were just for looks nothing was available on tap/stream, cans/bottles only. When I asked for the two bottles of water I had ordered they rolled their eyes at me and told me that another person in my party had just picked up a big pitcher of water for our room as if that somehow was equivalent to the individual bottles I had paid for. The music choosing system was a single touch screen in a corner that was not portable so anyone who wanted to look something up had to squeeze past the lyrics screen and into the corner which made it difficult for multiple people to rotate through lookup/selection. Staff told one member of our party they would have to come back up to the front for food and a different member that the staff would bring our food, so we weren't sure which was correct. And when they did bring our food they spilled our friend's hot wing sauce (already a miniscule cup was provided) and did not offer to bring them more.

I went here for my Neice DeAndrea Birthday Party here at Heartbeat KTV. OMG!!!!! We all had a Blast here. Great place to have a celebration!!! The Guy's that work here has a smooth Bar with Food. They really make sure that everyone is having a Fun time. We had the VIP Room and had an Awesome nite!!!! Fun ,fun,fun!!!!!!!

So much fun!! Nice, clean facilities. Reasonably priced for an activity like this in the Bay Area. Helpful friendly staff. If you're a beginner though just note some songs don't have vocal accompaniment.

Was in a private room for a birthday party and it was a blast! Highly suggested if you have 13 guests or less as its the max per room. Gonna try and go back again as soon as I can.

Celebrate my friend’s birthday here, we had so much fun, the songs selection using computer system, after they teach us how to use it , it was so easy, we can hook up our phone to play our special songs. we be back for sure!
