Average food. Service was ok. Liked the smoothie but pan cakes were not the best. They opened up like pocket bread. Steak omelette was average. Server didn’t check on us. But over all it was ok.

The service was horrible. The waiter didn't provide us service for 15 minutes after we arrived. When he came, it was like that he was giving us instructions how to order. He refused to take drinks and food orders from each one at the same time. He didn't provide us with water and we have kids. When I asked for water many times for my son, he didn't care. I had to leave my table and go to his station to ask for water for my little boy. He answered me that I have to wait!!!! When he got back to the table with water cup for my son 5 minutes later, my husband told hom that it's not appropiate to talk like this, he was so rude and didn't apologize!

I went to this place two times and the service is terrible. They take forever to take a payment and there's a waitress that usually is there must of the time with terrible actitud. Definitely, no good customer service. If she doesn't like her job, she should start looking for other job that don't drive her nuts. She has not skills for a good customer service. I had to speak with a manager cause her behavior towards customers and talk ppl with rude manners is not even correct for the customer that wants to enjoy a meal with no drama and it's bad for the company. So definitely I'll give only one star cause I have no more options. If I could ,I will give a zero to this place.

Our server Yanira S. Was so rude while taking order ,not explaining anything ,kept saying next ,next . It's so ANNOYING she brought the bill while in the middle while we're eating & that's not all ,she added the TIP by herself in the total bill . We love IHOP but like they said service & people plays a big roll . I won't be going back to DUBLIN IHOP again 😕

Today I visited i hop Dublin with my family and was very very disappointed with the service. The server (Yarnia) seemed impatient and didn’t take the time to listen to our order properly. Every time we tried to speak or ask a question, she kept saying “next, next, next,” which felt very disrespectful and rushed, rude as well. That wasn’t enough, she brought a bill in the middle of while we were eating and she added tip by herself which is absolutely not being professional at all.
Dining out should feel welcoming and attentive, but this experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. I hope management can address this and remind staff about the importance of good customer service and listening to guests.
Unfortunately that was my first and last experience in i hop Dublin since I won’t be going back so as my friends and colleagues
Beware of bogus items on the bill! After a family lunch here today, I found two drinks on the bill that we didn't order. The server removed the bogus charges after my complaint, but the restaurant didn't give me any gesture of apology. When similar mistakes happened at other restaurants, I at least got something of equal value dropped from the bill. No matter what, pay attention to your bill before you pay.

Bring back whole grain pancakes. Food was not as good as I remember Omelet was not hot enough to melt cheese, couldn't taste grains in protein chip pancake. Dry and cold

Ordered ahead and my wife’s food took nearly 8 minutes longer than mine. The food was great but service was horrible, the server never came to check on us after an hour of waiting I walked to the front with my plate to ask for a Togo box and left. Sad.

Waited 15 minutes no one gave us any service. Had to get up from my table to ask for service . The old Lady was extremely rude when we ordered our food . Her and the other lady were going back and forth blaming each other on who was supposed to take our table . Got here at 10:20 and got aervice at 10:45am . Not sure if it was cause we were a party of 5 but definitely felt unwelcome. Restaurant was not even busy .
