recently gone down the lane! taking a break from this store. omelettes were good. now the spinach leaves looks like fall leaves , fried and poor taste. mushrooms need more sauteing! overall poor quality. hope they improve.

Food was ok. They are way under staff with only one waitress also acting as the hostess. There was constant arguing between cooking staff and waitress that the entire lobby can hear and was unprofessional.

Our experience at IHOP was just okay. The food itself wasn’t bad—typical IHOP quality—but the service left something to be desired. It felt like the staff wasn’t very attentive, which took away from the overall experience.
While it wasn’t terrible, it also didn’t stand out as a place we’d rush back to. An average visit at best.

I came a few times before work. Came in today and I ordered a veggie omlette.I asked for 4 sausage on the side. I asked for a cup of coffee mixed with hot chocolate. She said hash browns or fruit...I opted for fruit. The total? A whopping $36 dollars. I thought "wow, things are sure getting expensive " as I also included a $6 dollar tip for my TO GO order. I shared my price with a coworker who immediately was in disbelief. We checked the prices and they were all different online from what I was charged...they did a pretty good job on omelette, it was tasty but, I think I will opt for Denny's again from now on.

Loved that my grandson who is in the Air Force got a free breakfast on Veteran's Day!!
Unfortunately had a bad experience; the breakfast sampler items were mostly cold, didn't feel fresh and the portion isn't up to the expectations. Not worth the price.

This morning I was served my favorite breakfast with a ROACH. I have lived in Dublin the last one and half years and this place is right down the street so I’m a regular. My friends and I went there for breakfast and my food had a roach in it. Our server and the entire team here are nice but I don’t think this place should continue operating under such circumstances. I have been throwing up all day and I can’t have another meal just thinking about how many roaches I could have eaten at this place since I go there a lot. It’s the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed in a restaurant. I will be reporting it to the proper departments and authorities. The location has recently gone through pest infestation services, as I was told. Please be careful eating at this establishment. IHOP has failed its customer and employees. ??

Food ? I went for the AYCE pancakes. They give you a stack of 3 at first, and then keep giving you around 2 to eat the next plates. I got the strawberry iced tea, and then mango, but they wouldn't let you mix both strawberry and mango together for some reason. I asked why, but they didn't know.
Service ? It took a while for anyone to ring me up since my server just went missing after I was done eating. His manager had to ring me up. Although he was nice, the level of service was just slightly better than my last experience being at the same IHOP years ago.
Ambience ? it's just like any other IHOP. I do like how you're able to pay for your food on the IHOP app. I don't really have to wait for anyone to swipe my card and wait for them to give it back to me.
