We attempted to order a large fry, 2 orders of tacos, and 3 waters. They couldn't even do that and they told us to go around and reorder. In the end, we only got 2 taco's.

Located right next to my apartment, so it's my go to jack during late nights, and usually they are wonderfully and go above. Especially the woman that works the late hours at the drive though. She must have the night off though. Since I just got reprimanded from the 20-30 year old Indian man through the drive through speaker because I asked for a cherry coke and there wasnt that option on the app where I ordered. He told me it was already made... and I should have made it known before they had it ready... I'm sure you can guess how he (unpleasantly) spoke to me also. What a disapointment...
If you are not a people person, maybe don't work in a job where you have to interact with people constantly...
I ordered the two Jumbo Jacks for $5. While the Jumbo Jack is smaller than it used to be (shrinkflation), it's still bigger than other fast food restaurants' burgers.

Came around 11PM. Only ONE customer ahead of me. It wad an Indian guy taking orders. I said FOUR tacos. I was charged for FOUR tacos.
While driving home, I found there was only TWO. Fries were overdone as well.
You are not busy like In n Out. No reason to not get an order right.

This is one of the only Jack in the boxes That i give an extra low rating . The staff is rude & does not follow instructions on orders . So my guess is the store is not very clean or well taken care of .
