Located right next to my apartment, so it's my go to jack during late nights, and usually they are wonderfully and go above. Especially the woman that works the late hours at the drive though. She must have the night off though. Since I just got reprimanded from the 20-30 year old Indian man through the drive through speaker because I asked for a cherry coke and there wasnt that option on the app where I ordered. He told me it was already made... and I should have made it known before they had it ready... I'm sure you can guess how he (unpleasantly) spoke to me also. What a disapointment...
If you are not a people person, maybe don't work in a job where you have to interact with people constantly...

I ordered the two Jumbo Jacks for $5. While the Jumbo Jack is smaller than it used to be (shrinkflation), it's still bigger than other fast food restaurants' burgers.

Price has gone way up and prices are very difrent between franchises. $4.99 for a single eggroll vs san peandro $2.99 I've watched this place charge more and more used to be a line now it's empty. Came around 11PM. Only ONE customer ahead of me. It wad an Indian guy taking orders. I said FOUR tacos. I was charged for FOUR tacos.
While driving home, I found there was only TWO. Fries were overdone as well.
You are not busy like In n Out. No reason to not get an order right.
Don't come here.

Never been here in the day time, but the current night crew, as of Sept 2024, understands their job well & is extremely professional in the preparation of your food. I get custom orders usually & a lot of Jacks mess it up, this Jack made it perfectly & even did things I didn't ask for but pleasantly welcomed.

Worst driver thru customer service ever! Especially the Indian gentleman tonight! I'd rather just go to in-n-out instead!
I am with this jack in the box for over 3years now. I wanted my mom and cousin to have the jumbo jack with cheese sandwich(replace the meat with hash browns) 1st ever experience!!And while placing the order the gentleman couldn't understand my order. After repeating my order twice he punched in my order with over priced hash browns. I can't believe while paying I paid $40 for the sandwiches and only two Ramch to go with it. The guy Rohit was so rude when I told him he charged me separately for the sandwiches as well as hash brown sandwiches. And when I spoke to him politely that I am coming from years this is not the price I pay he was so harsh with his words and he also abused in his own language which I understood. I will want to claim my money back or probably reach out to the owner for his apology.

I have gone to this location a couple of times since I have up here in NorCal . I have had no issues with the staff but for some reason the food doesn't seem as fresh ??? The burger and fries always end up cold quickly and looks and taste like they have been under the light for some time . the buns on the burger are kind of hard and not soft or taste fresh . I thought maybe if I continue to go on different days on different times , it would be different ? But seems like every time I get food at this location , I'm disappointed:(

Can't get an order right if you ask for any changes to your food. I asked for a coke zero no ice and was given a regular coke full ice. I asked for no mayo and they took the cheese off and slopped mayo everywhere. Go elsewhere or go hungry if everything else is closed.

I woke up in the middle of the night to place an order from here. I ordered a combo meal and a separate chicken burger with varying levels of spice. It tasted great, and I really enjoyed it. It's available 24/7.
