Absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s location in Dublin! The team here always goes above and beyond to deliver amazing service with a smile. Cece, Adolfo, Aidan, Jule, Geo, Eli, Amy, and Val are all fantastic—friendly, fast, and genuinely care about getting your order just right. The store is always clean, the energy is great, and the subs are consistently fresh and delicious. You can really feel the teamwork and positive vibe as soon as you walk in. This is hands-down my favorite sandwich spot. Keep up the amazing work, team!

Everytime I come here it’s an AMAZING atmosphere. Zaine made me THE perfect #3 yesterday so shout out to him. Last time I was there he was training now he’s an expert. Ms. Cece is my favorite! A sweetheart always and makes sure she greets me with a smile. She always has great recommendations on the bread. Casey at the register always makes sure I scan and get my points and if you don’t know what you want, get a recommendation! These guys know their menu and the best way to make them to your likings! Great job! I’ll be back tomorrow haha! ā¤ļø

I bought 2 Giant size sandwiches.
A #13 cold Italian and a #17 cheese-steak.
Both were very good. I had an 11-minute drive back home. My sandwich was still hot. The Cookies and Chips Spicy Dill Pickles were very nice. All the workers made me feel like more than just a sandwich sale.
The small talk while they were making me food was perfect. (They made me lunch, so I didn't have to.

I used to come to this Jersey Mike’s location because the sandwiches were larger and better made than the ones in the city next to where I live. However, after my recent experience, I will never step foot in this disrespectful business again.

I placed an order through the app and selected a specific pick-up time. Despite this, I had to wait at least 20 minutes past my scheduled time for my order. When my sandwich was finally ready, the employee flung the bag at me without a word of apology for the delay or their unprofessional behavior.

I responded honestly to the survey they sent me about my experience. The ā€œownerā€ followed up, apologized, and even offered a refund along with gift cards to make up for the incident. To be clear, I wasn’t seeking a refund—I simply wanted to share my experience. But to offer a refund and never follow through is a new kind of low.

This location has lost a loyal customer. No amount of convenience or portion size is worth dealing with disrespectful employees and lying owners. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

the food is good but kinda expensive ngl, a lot of meat too which is cool for the price i guess but i had an interview there and i never heard back even though the manager said he would contact me if i was accepted or rejected within 3 business days -its been 3 months and no word back

One of the owners here was highly disrespectful. To call yourself an owner & boss is one thing. But you also need to be respectful to employees and customers. While standing in line the employees tend to talk to each other rather then communicating with the customer. And from the juicy details I heard they tend to get blamed for things too. I won't be going to any of these locations again. Subway treats Thier customers far better, I'll be taking my business there and to fire house subs, where respect comes and they don't mess up on order and actually talk to customers. Highly disappointed since it was my first time at this location.
