It had been quite a few years since we had been to a Lazy Dog. We used to live near one but never went because it was always just a blah experience. We chose to give it a try here in Dublin because it was near our accommodations and seemed like the menu may have improved. There was a bit of a wait, and the service was slow due to being so busy and they had a computer malfunction but we still enjoyed our dinner quite a bit. We ordered cocktails from the bar while we waited which...

Well for starters the beer was flat. The hamburger tasted like a heated up frozen patty. I will say the service was great and the atmosphere is good. All around an average experience.

First time visiting. Meal was solid but the customer service was phenomenal. Something didn’t go right with the meal and the server and manager handled it so well and professional and even went beyond what I would expect to fix it. Felt like they actually cared about making our experience great. Would go back. Good fries!
