I rate fast food restaurants relative to other fast food restaurants, and not compared to more formal places (like Morton's). That wouldn't be fair. This KFC serves chicken that is hot and moist. The restaurant is clean and the staff provides good service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. The lady responsible for customer service displayed extremely unprofessional behavior and spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone. Without providing any clear explanation or information, she abruptly told me, ‘I have to block you, I don’t know for what reason,’ which was completely unacceptable and uncalled for. Such poor ethics and attitude towards customers are not what I expect from a reputable establishment. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes action to improve their staff’s professionalism and customer service.

It wouldn't let me give a review without a star went to the KFC in Dublin place my order then he asked me for a credit card he said they don't take cash what kind of place that don't take cash KFC needs to get it together or they need to leave Dublin I give them a F+
Mary and her crew were on top of my order. It was ready as I was walking in. I was greeted with a smile and a very friendly, professional and customer oriented attitude. I left feeling appreciated.

Worst customer service ever by KFC, LETTICIA is the worst supervisor someone can meet, refusing in adressing the food and service issue, back and forth the whole time, we ordered 3 meals all of them served cold and raw and when asked for fresh hot ones she acclaimed that we only serve this if you dont want it just refund it in very rude way, after negotiation this was out 15 minutes ago, not advised to visit this store nor dealing with KFC again

How the hell you not have root beer floats? Wanted root beer float with my meal but was told it would take it awhile because he just put the ice cream in, well maybe get to work on time and have things ready when you open, tried to get cherry Pepsi from the machine but it was water. Ridiculous
