Did I miss something about this location? Every single time I come here they're closed. This is the 3rd time this year, all within 3 months. Keep in mind I come during the hours stated too, from weekdays and weekends. It is 6:40pm on June 26th 2022 as I write this. They're suppose to be open until 8:30pm. This is a joke. Guess this place closed down but they haven't updated the Yelp or the customers. Save your time and go somewhere else, I will from now on.

Wanting to try a different pho location in the area, we decided to try this place because they had Kobe beef. With a small menu, they have beef pho consisting of the classics rare steak slices and Kobe beef slices. We also ordered a chicken pho and a bowl of bun noodles with chicken. My review will mostly be based on what I had, which was #23 rare steak pho. To my surprise, the broth was very shiny with oil, which made the soup seem heavy. The taste was also unfamiliar to me; I was not a huge fan because it had a heavy star anise flavor. Staff was friendly, but don't know if we will be coming back..

This place was in Dublin, we had the kobe pho and it was decent not something I would wow about. Staff were friendly, fast service.

I am not sure what happened I absolutely love Pho and have had many good bowls over the years this place was so highly rated on here that I thought I would give it a try. I walked in and they seemed to be about 60% to capacity, so far no alarm bells, I had figured out what I wanted prior to getting, my sister decided to get a vermicelli dish, so I order and I am told sorry we only have beef pho and bbq chicken and rice... wait what? Said something about being short staffed in the kitchen. What does that have to do with ordering what I want, I thought to myself, I called my sister she passed and I proceeded to order. Long story short my Pho made it home and into the trash, save yourself the disappointment try somewhere else. I usually don't do the one star yelps you really have to earn it.

ordered takeout online on my 30 min lunch break, was given an estimated wait time of an hour, just to show up to the restaurant to realize they had closed at 2pm even though their hours on their website and the hours on their front door said otherwise. sad cuz i was excited to try

First time we ate at this pho place. Thought the beef portion is pretty good compared to others. Also ordered the spring rolls and good sized as well. It is a bit more expensive than other places but food quality is better instead of just noodles swimming in big bowl of broth.

Every time I come by to Pleasanton I check scheduling both maps and Yelp and this place just continues to be closed, schedule on the glass stated that they open at 5pm which was the time I arrived and no one was there, i don't mind that it's schedule Is mixed but I just need a perfect time to come so I may try the place, seems interesting Thank You

I really wanted to love this place. But, alas, I will be driving a little further for my Pho. It hits the spot, so don't get me wrong, but I would say the Pho is ok -- not fantastic, not bad, just average. On a cold, rainy day I would eat here in a heartbeat. But, if I had the opportunity and time to go a little further, I would be at another Pho place. That said, the owners are the sweetest. I want to see this place thrive! Unfortunately, they didn't get the best location. It is tucked in -- in the back. Hard to find and little foot traffic. If you park where I did, it is a short walk, but most people don't drive to the back and park now that Fuddruckers is gone. Nonetheless, these are honest mom and pop folks trying to make a living in the current environment. I like their Pho and would go back, but it is not my favorite. I really wish it was. Maybe next time I need to try to Kobe Beef option and that will blow my mind away... hoping!

Love it, consistently delicious. Lots of very fresh veg in the veggie pho!

This place is definitely my favorite Pho spot in Dublin. The food is delicious and so flavorful. Customer service has always been great. I've been coming here for years. My favorite dishes are the Shaking Beef Rice Plate, Pork & Shrimp Spring Rolls, Fried Egg Rolls, and of course their Pho. All their Pho dishes are delicious. Restrooms are always clean. This place is my #1 recommendation for Pho in Dublin!

Sweetest staff in the whole world, and the greatest pho in the universe! Make sure to try their Thai tea. Had to come back two days in a row because I just couldn't get enough. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. I'd come back every single day if I could!

Absolutely delicious. The soup is full of flavor and the Kobe beef is such a good option to have with Pho. Also I gotta mention the Nem Rolls. That's definitely one of our family favorites.

Kobe Pho has pretty much turned into one of our favorite restaurants. Whenever me and the GF are trying to figure out a pace to eat, this spot is always one of the first places to come out of our mouths. There's nothing to not love about this place, especially when you've got those hot soup cravings that just absolutely need to be fulfilled. The Kobe beef pho is amazing. It's way more expensive that your typical bowl of pho, but it's so worth it. The meat is so soft and flavorful compared to other pho spots. Everything else about the pho is pretty standard, but it's the Kobe beef that just pushes their bowl of soup over the top. Bowl size is pretty decent as well. Haven't ever left a meal here still hungry! Service is pretty nice as well. Workers here always seem like they're having a good time and it's been more than a few times that they've made conversation with me while I've paid my bill. The price is basically the only negative point; about $16 per bowl of the regular Kobe beef pho. But at least at the end of the meal, the money seems well spent. I'd definitely recommend these guys. Really hits the spot.

So so ... I'm a SF transplant, this is a okay .... So much noodles. I miss my usual Larkin Street pho or San Jose pho. I guess it's lacking in east bay for a good Asian food.

This has become a family favorite restaurant. We've dined in and ordered takeout multiple times and the food is always fast, fresh and delicious! My youngest loves the large sized steak and brisket pho. It's full of meat, fills him up and the soup is very flavorful. My favorite is the combination bun with chicken. Their grilled chicken thighs are cooked perfectly and so good mixed with the crisp vegetables, noodles and sauce. It also comes with three shrimp and two crunchy egg rolls. The egg rolls here are my favorite Vietnamese egg rolls. I love the savory, meaty filling and they're always so crunchy. Always a good meal here!
