When you have a meal, you still have to do the work of a waiter, such as setting the tableware yourself. Ordered fried rice and didn't ask if you wanted it spooned into each small bowl. Just put the food and bowl down and go, you guys do yourselves. But they still charge an 18% service fee. I really don't understand. They don't do the work that belongs to them, but they still receive the money. Also, the dishes are very salty, which makes me very disappointed in their restaurant. Food was some good, some not, soup was terrible,no taste. For the shaking beef the chef put too much softener powder in the beef. Made the tasted weird , Peking duck was good. service was not really good, asked for menu, water, ...etc...took awhile for them to bring it. Not really organized.

Monday dinner treated by my son here. Good flavorful dishes which did not disappoint.
Service was impartial. We arrived around 5pm and the restaurant is relatively empty yet the service staff tend to rush us out at the end when we were still chatting over food.
Overall, the impression was good, especially the food which I'd give 5 stars for what you could find in the area for quality Chinese food.

Deplorable service. Three bad experiences in a row. Not going back. This is why they are empty because everyone is going elsewhere even on a holiday.

They have mandatory 18% of service charge. My bill for 2 adults was $71, and including tax and tips, it came out to $92 (not including optional extra tips, if you are up for). Because of that, I believe the waiting line is no longer as crazy as before. Only if you are willing to pay for the premium, then you would dine in.
Lots of take out orders.
I love their full-tea leaf selections that never disappoint me, even though it is $2-3 per head count. I had oolong tea pot this time, flavorful as expected.
This time, we came here for regular dim sum tapas like Har Gao, Xiu Mai, Feng Zhao, marinated soy with tofu cubes, dessert Tofu flower, as well as their signature fish maw and seafood dumpling soup. All have met our expectations - fresh made, juicy, etc. Simply delicious!

Small plate of peanuts, earth fish with kale, and stir-fried green beans. The pot is full of flavor and delicious.

We visited on Asian Father's Day, and although the place was crowded, it was definitely worth the wait. The wok fried lobster in supreme broth over E-fu noodles were incredibly flavorful. They are a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I highly recommend trying that dish.
