Food was okay but we waited 50 mins for the food while the restaurant was nowhere close to being full at all. Plus there is a mandatory service charge of 16% so you can’t do anything about what they do bad.

This place is still charging an 18% service fee despite the law (SB478) which makes service fees illegal effective on July 1st, 2024.
True HK-style service which is basically none. I actually think that they can't possible be this bad and that they're only doing it to drive the lunch crowd to Koi Palace instead of express. The wonton noodles were okay, but unremarkable in any way.

Just ordered a Noodle soup, and waited more than 30 minutes. No any explanation, no apologies. Not "express" at all.

Stop supporting these types of awful businesses. High price, bad service and mandatory tip. Also avoid Chinese restaurants that over charge you instead of the menu price. Always check your receipt!

It is a great place for Chinese comfort food.
I ordered duck combo and they changed it to chicken without letting us know. The response was “but you liked it,right?.I said I preferred duck, but they didn’t care.

Food is authentic Hong Kong Cantonese food and is delicious. BUT I would only get take out cuz I’m not paying for the ridiculously unreasonably high mandatory post-tax service fee.

There is a 16% service charge. We ordered Baked Beer Steak in Black Pepper Sauce over Rice with Cheese, Farm Raised Hainan Chicken with Soup, Kois Seofood Pan- fried Crispy Noodle, roasted duck, and some beverages. The place was quite busy even during off hours.

I placed the order online asking for rice noodles. When picking up, I was given the yellow noodle, and they insisted that they did not get my special request and refused to remake it! Horrible customer service! Never come again!

Food (small portions) & service is good. 16% service charge is added to bill. With food + 16% service + tax + tip; its pricey. Forcing customers to pay the 16% is upsetting. I'd rather go to different restaurants.
