As in they forgot to add the sauce part of pizza to my pizza… Edit 2: They did give me the right pizza after I called and came back so I gave back a star

3rd time I've come to this location and all of the "hot and ready" racks were completely empty. Was told I had to wait 10 mins... for something marketed as "hot and ready"... not busy, no one in line, no one waiting for anything and I'm the only one in the store... lame. And they keep raising prices for sub par service, not cool.

this review is more about the prices than anything. The food is always solid and the servers are always very kind but the prices here are absurd. This location has always been a bit pricey, but they had another recent price hike, pretty much doubling their stuffed crust price and deep dish price. Order from the one from castro valley instead. it is about 15 minutes away from this location but you can get the same amount of food for half the price (no exaggeration, look at the app)

I haven't consumed anything here for a while because the service takes a long time and when I'm gone the girl serves reluctantly.
This is the second time the wings I ordered weren't delivered. I called the store, they said they put it in the bag. I called door dash, he said he gave me everything they put in the bag. No compensation, nothing. The store did say that after paying the extra $16 plus the tip for delivery that I could drive to the store and pick up some wings.

Always clean...never really had to wait long if not using the App. Employees greet you when you walk in, even if they're in the back making pizzas, they still make time to greet you and tell you they'll be right there.
