Golf ball size scoops for the price not worth it!

Not only have they stopped doing my favorite Sunday of all time. The mint delight Sunday but when I tried to get a hand-packed tub of peppermint which they had and Rocky road which they had the kid behind the counter pointed me towards the prepacked tubs and said that was all they had and they wouldn't do anything special. I am so sad to see this family favorite go straight down the tube

0 stars realistically, Isn't clean ,disgusting place... I stopped by there because I was in the area, I usually go to the one in castro valley. But this is the most disgusting place, freezers were moldy and the lady serving did not use gloves nor give napkins. Refrain from coming to this location and save your time and money. I'll definitely be speaking with Loard's HQ about this because it's truly not okay. Not once in the more than 15 years I've been going to Loard's have I seen a place like this. Sad to see this is even under their name. Unlike any of their other locations 👎

Local Favorite Ice cream 🍦shop is the best
With many delicious flavors to choose from as well as sherbet flavors on the menu are my personal favorite! Cute inside dining as well as out front downtown Livermore location is the only ice cream shop my family goes to for ice cream cravings for over 30 years love this place definitely recommend they also have chocolate candy choices and dog treats as well check it out!

I NEVER post bad reviews, but this was incredibly disappointing. I would expect a chain like Loard's to be consistent across all stores, but this was not it. They were out of many ingredients, my sundae was made incorrectly, and even the ingredients themselves were different than other locations I've been to (pizza pineapple used instead of crushed pineapple?!)! Please either get this location to be consistent with others or rename it to not sour opinions on Loard's.

Got a milkshake, milk was spoiled, threw up in my mouth before i finished it.

Wouldnt suggest risking it, milks like.... The key part of a milkshake.

Went in there today, 3/2/25, with our kids and the “employee” basically ignored us. There was clearly another person back there, but they would not come out to help us. The owner should fire them. There was no one in there—not surprising because there is no one to serve them. You are losing money because of your staff.

Just skip the Dublin store all together! This store gives the entire brand a bad name! Their prices are not posted. They don't know how to make what's on their menu! Out of basic ice cream shop ingredients. It's not worth the turn into the parking lot! If it's a franchise, Loard's needs to take it back!

Stood at empty counter for 10 minutes with kids picking out ice cream. Was told just a sec 2 times… walked out empty handed

I went to this Loard's because I love their ice cream, though I have passed them up before because they were a combination Mountain Mike's and Loard's. Staff was super friendly, they came out from the back within 10 seconds of me stepping in the door. Service was great, ice cream was great. I got a single scoop of mocha almond fudge on a waffle cone. Parking was fine, though it was near the end of the day. No issues!

$1.25 convenience fee? Really? Just for a scoop of ice cream and didn’t provide any reason of why there is a convenience fee. No service and place seems empty and impatient.

FILTHY! SERVER NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS. THEN PROCEEDED TO WHIPE HIS NOSE WITH THE HAND HE HAD THE SCOOPER IN TO SERVE US. I LEFT AND WILL NEVER RETURN.

Absoulty awful! This ice cream shop quality has fallen off a cliff! Used to be the best in town, bought a tub of black raspberry marble to go with my pizza. Ice cream was icy and crunchy, not smooth and creamy. Either freezer burnt and like 2 years old, or... half melted and was refroze. Both are awful business practices in high end San Ramon, corporate needs to get involved and make some management changes. Pretty sure same folks own the mountain Mike's attached and that was also the worst pizza experience of my life. Used to be the best, now its trash. Just like this ice cream.
