Luv 2 Play Dublin - Best Kid's Indoor Playground and Party Place

The place is very cool! So clean, organized and all staffs are devoted amazing! My son love being here since he was such young ages.

Update: they quickly fixed most of the issues. I still think they're short staffed otherwise a great place

I like the vibe and the personnel are generally good, and kind. The area is also fairly clean and local kids are usually nice kids.
However, the facility has a ton of issues. Several machines are not functioning, and the personnel are barely available to fix things. It feels more like a self-serve park.
For instance, today their computers were down, the kiosk to check balance was completely turned off, two of their very few machines were not working, and lastly the ball shooter area was (has been) completely shut down.
This place has some good potential but needs to spend some money to fix the problems.

Decent play areas but in the last hour of the day the staff was a little inconsiderate while cleaning up, they nonchalantly took away the blocks my kid was playing with and when asked about their behavior we were told to feel free to take it back from where they arranged. On top of that, they do not monitor the paid arcade games around the center, we saw multiple teenage kids climbing inside the hoops arcade to grab basketballs out and then shooting them in, without paying and being rude to kids around them (like not allowing any other kid to come near that arcade). The staff did not care to intervene or even interact with them. It did not feel like a safe space for kids to play around. I hope management reaches out to the staff about the inconsiderate behavior and stopping such blatant acts by older kids.

EDIT: Decided to give one more try and I saw the same inconsiderate behavior while cleaning up, staff was taking away the plastic balls from ball pit in a garbage bag even though we were playing in that area. The worst thing, near to closing time about 10 mins left, they did not check the whole place if anyone is still inside and they locked the doors but we were still inside. Once they found out, they mentioned they were closed and we need to leave because everyone left, although we had 10 mins left to actual closing time.

Luv2play is the ultimate place to bring your kids if you’re in the trivalley. It’s shaded and indoors. Especially when it’s hot outside. There’s places to sit in our arcade games and even food.

Pleasantly suprised to come back and see it was cleaner than before. As a parent my biggest concern is how clean the floors and equipment is. I stopped coming here cause I felt it wasnt very clean but happy i gave them another chance.

Great place. Staff very helpful, nice, patient, & attentive. I had a private party for my child’s 6th bday. The theme was spot on! Would highly recommend!!

First time to this place, brought our own socks for adults as most of other places allow parents to wear own socks, then was told it has to be the “luv to play” socks. These types of unnecessary charges creates waste as well as increase financial burdens. The owner should seriously consider changing the irrational policy.

Employees treated us amazing, our daughter had a bit of a melt down at the end and they gave her a sucker and a stuffed animal to make her feel better. Overall amazing experience

It was ok. Kids party and play place. Had no place for adults to just sit and watch.
