I signed up for meals starting the keto diet right after moving to CA. It was the best decision! I was introduced to amazing food and Mary is such a beautiful soul, caring and genuine! If you are starting a health journey, she has different plans to fit your needs.Within a week I lost weight, my joints felt better and I feel better equipped to continue on a keto journey.
Mary's Keto Kitchen makes some amazing food. I am so surprised that Keto food can taste so good. We have tried the pizza and it is fantastic. Ingredient rich and the sauce is fabulous. Her food is a must have.
