Driving true Dublin and in California and hardly to found McDonald's, our favorite breakfast stop. Just guessing exited on Dublin Blvd and drove true downtown. No McDonald's existed at west side of the freeway. Found one at the east side, but it's old one like museum artifacts. Everything is the same like in new models, but music is to noise and cashiers have to yell to take orders because in this high Tech area the high Tech industry missing like order stations machines. Historical place anyways, but thanks for your existence here.

Ice coffee is always my favorite and is always good but your breakfast is so small a egg McMuffin is 5.19$ fir the suze i can make 20 homemade McMuffin for under 10$ uts crazy how kuch a little sandwich is.

I visited this McDonald’s on Friday 7/25/25 around 9:40pm .had a very disappointing experience. The cashier lady she was looks 40+ at the front was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. Instead of greeting us or taking the order politely, she seemed irritated and dismissive.
What made it worse was that after taking our order, she started talking to someone else — clearly about us — in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. It was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable.
Customer service like this makes people feel unwelcome. I hope management looks into this and addresses the behavior seriously. No one should be treated that way.

I was Door Dashing and decided to take a break, so I came here to get a coffee and coke via the drive thru. I ended up falling asleep while sitting in my car, and woke up to a knock on my car window a couple hours later. It was one of the managers that worked at McDonald's. She noticed that my car had been parked there for a while, so she wanted to make sure I was ok. Anywho, while I was asleep, both my phone battery and my car battery died, so I had no way to charge my phone to call for a jump, and no jumper cables. I had asked a few people for a jump, but everyone seemed to have an excuse why they couldn't. To make a long story short, that manager that had checked on me, saw I was struggling, and helped find someone to give me a jump. I'm very grateful and appreciate her going out of her way to help me

This is a old run down Mcd which is in a dire need of refurbishment and on top of that they always mess up my drive thru order. Out of a $16 order they forgot to give my $6 sandwich. Avoid this location!

It's a McDonald's. Foods all standardized. Assembly line and decades of efficiency tweaks are the only reasons you get anything close to what you ordered. Mistakes are because the employees don't care if your order is correct or not. Employees and food are consistent with any other location you'll visit.
