I normally wouldn't leave a review for a mcd, but this one deserves it. I frequent the drive thru for breakfast and the guy with the tattoos is always so pleasant and bright it's always a good vibe to the mornings. Thank you for that!

Did the drivethrough for breakfast. Dude who was taking orders and sending out food was super fast, polite, and had an upbeat attitude.
Parking: Drive through is a bit oddly setup. Also a bunch of signs that state customer parking only.

I pretended to speak Spanish and they got somebody who speak Spanish quickly and it was real. They were really nice.
The staff looks very unfriendly. She didn’t give me the milk that comes with happy meal! It’s too late when I realize it and my kid had to eat with no drink!

I went to the drive thru to order a Large Ice coffee and a hot coffee . Then I asked the lady if I can have a small cup and a lid, she started complaining to me that I need to order another coffee. What the heck!
Are you telling me that just because I asked for a cup and a lid to share my large ice coffee that Mc Donald's is gonna start charging their customers for the cups?
All I know is I'm not coming back here again. Really bad costumer service. The best costumer service I received any location I go is In and Out. They are always consistent in their service.

despite ordering for pick up and showing them my order from the app, their faulty system didn’t process it and the manager ALICIA has the audacity to not validate my order. even after i showed my banking statement and MCD app order, she still couldn’t give me the food i paid for. i’ve worked retail before and can proudly say ALICIA please learn how customer service works #orderSC72
