The jasmine mango bloom is my go to drink. I do love their drink selections in general. Location is a bit of a headache compared to the other location in Dublin which closed.

There are so many bubble tea shops around this area, and even one on the other side of this shopping plaza. Bc of the location, there's competition to be had. Having said that, I'm happy to have this drive thru window place. There are a lot of selections to choose from that it gets overwhelming for someone who doesn't drink boba/ tea very often. However, the one or two staff inside those tiny walls are helpful. You can drive up and place your order (which is what we did) or you can order online. I feel the wait is a tad longer than other boba shops, but it is a drive thru with limited staff, so it's understandable. The drinks are good.
Maybe it's the company's business model, not unique to this location, but I like how this place has special promotions with fun toys included.
(Support this drive thru window shop. It's better to have this place stay in business than having a closed down drive thru in the middle of a parking lot.)

Never open on time. I came once at 12:30 (half an hour after they said they open) after ordering online, and they were closed. Wasn't able to get a refund.
A couple weeks ago, I came to pick up an order, and they opened a few minutes late which was fine. However I was told one of the items in my order was out and that I would get that item refunded. It never got refunded. That makes 2 orders that I paid but never received.

We were just here few mins before this review, the male staff was very welcoming, understanding and patience in helping us with orderingā¤ļøthe drinks are pretty okay especially at the closing hour on a Saturday, am surprised the quality is maintained
