I really like their drinks, but every time I’ve visited, the workers seem annoyed and bothered. The other reviewers must be lucky, but every time I’ve visited the workers seem annoyed that customers are there.
There are so many bubble tea shops around this area, and even one on the other side of this shopping plaza. Bc of the location, there's competition to be had. Having said that, I'm happy to have this drive thru window place. There are a lot of selections to choose from that it gets overwhelming for someone who doesn't drink boba/ tea very often. I wish I could give more than 5stars on customer service. We were just here few mins before this review, the male staff was very welcoming, understanding and patience in helping us with ordering❤️the drinks are pretty okay especially at the closing hour on a Saturday, am surprised the quality is maintained
