Save yourself the trouble and get a frozen pizza instead. The food and service here are extremely questionable. The guy who gave my pizza to me, threw the box on the counter, he had his chest hair all out, the pizza had very little to no sauce so essentially it was like eating dough with slight cheese and badly burned pepperoni. I could have made a better pizza in prison with limited ingredients and a lighter. Not to mention the burned pizza cookie which was tough to eat. Overall I would rate a negative 10 if that was an option.

First off, I'm wondering whether the 2-star and above reviews are real... There's nothing positive to say about this place and I so wanted it to be successful, because my family and I love Mountain Mike's (except this one!). I gave them way too many chances to redeem themselves, but it's been in vain.
The service is unacceptable: all deliveries are at least 45min. late, and I had to call every single time to follow up on my not-showing-up orders. Now the fun part: I rarely received what I ordered! It's like a mystery pizza! Forget what you order, mind what you get... The toppings are more like a wish list!
As for the atmosphere, forget about it! There are fewer things in life gloomier that this place, which I don't dare to mention.
Bottom line, I'd advise my fellow dinners to looks elsewhere if they want food on the table for their families, friends, and guests!

Ordered a pizza, and it was never delivered. Tried to call back after 2.5 hours multiple times and no one picked up. Called the next day and asked for a refund, to which I was told yes. I have waited 5 days for the refund and not received it. After calling again they hung up on me and have started to not pick up again.

This is not how mountain Mike’s pizza supposed to taste. Pizza should be filled with pepperonis if you ask for extra cheese then it should be a limited of pepperonis, but I ate here. Ate the pizza and caught a cold. You guys are missing out on how good mountain Mike’s Pizza really is This place sucks

Do not order from this place. $54.00 for burnt garlic knots and pizza. The audacity to send this food out as acceptable is beyond belief. Manager on eternal break when trying to call. Horrible experience and hope I can save someone else from expensive disappointment.
