Customer service is clearly not a priority for this business. I called ahead to let them know that I would be coming at 4:59 when their hours state 5:00 close and to please not lock the door early. The transaction was under 30 seconds long for me to buy 3 cakes for my grandmother’s birthday. Jaqueline at the front was incredibly rude to me on the phone and was the one who rung me up. She was rushing me to go faster and shut the lights and music off while I was at the register for a 30 second transaction. The lady at the door was standing there ready to lock it when I arrived even after knowing I would be coming in at 4:59 since I called ahead. I was told it’s “store policy” and they will not leave the door open past 5:00. All the employees rushed out the door the second I left. This was not a very professional interaction.

Picked up my online order for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t have to wait long. I’d never been to this location but they were as helpful as the people in my usual store in San Leandro.
Parking: It’s in a busy strip mall, so finding a space is hit or miss.
Got a red velvet cake today with a bunch of other cakes and IT HAD A LONG PIECE OF HAIR IN IT. I'm disgusted!!! The lady said "oh I will refund you for red velvet but I don't know where the hair came from. Our bakers wear hairnets" nooo it's so nasty. It was in the batter and it clearly was a long strand of hair. Please be careful when eating!! ???

Me and my family have been ordering birthday cakes from them for YEARS I hate eating cake anywhere else because of the texture but this is the only exception, the lemon and red velvet are my favorite here and the cream cheese frosting is the perfect amount of sweet and bitter. They also have perfect size mini bundtinis so there’s many options for your price range.
