The food is tasty, and the prices for NY are fair. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. I particularly liked the sesame honey chicken.

Something is wrong with the female employees. For once they're not welcoming or friendly, no eye contact. Secondly, I have to assume the cost of food comes out of their paychecks based on the tiny portions they give out, like what is the issue with giving a full portion?

I went there today. I was the only one in line. I asked for a bigger plate (3 items). The employee made the plate with two items, then set my plate aside, and then helped the customer that had come in after me. She completed his order, and gave him spring rolls. He was then rung up at the cash register. She asked me what else I wanted. I wanted spring rolls, but she had given the last springs rolls to the customer that was behind me. She said that I would have to wait. I told her to cancel the spring rolls. They then gave me the spring rolls that they had given to the customer behind me. When they rang me up, I asked for sweet and sour sauce for the spring rolls. When I got home, I found the sauce was not in the bag. They need to improve their customer service, and serve customer on a first come, first served basis.

I usually do not give bad reviews and it is my 1st time and most likely final in this particular Panda. The fast food brand that I actually love. However having degree in hospitality obliges me to see things for what they are. When server is not respecting customer and consequently the food he/she is serving- it is a problem. The main thing for any server is to put the ego and bad mood away once his/her shift starts. It is essential to understand that you are a server of the food/energy and NOT the main actor on the stage - the Customer is! If we have chosen this place to eat we expect quite and agreeable atmosphere and not rudeness and criticism. Please organize bi-weekly training and teach your employees to be polite, NOT loud, not to laugh after customer goes away even if you do not think that you are wrong. In open space everyone and everything is seen. Also talk to them personally and give them benefits to go an heal if they need a rest. They are all tired and on the edge of needing mental help.Thank you ?

Takeout is fine, for the price it's quite good, nothing wrong but rice is not consistent, sometimes too dry and sometimes perfect, needs more water and more oil for fried rice. Sometimes serving sizes are too not

Clearly I'm not the only one that's experiencing how people are being treated here but the fact that there has been several reviews on how the service is horrible and unacceptable and yet there hasn't been any actions taken is baffling. The fact that I had an employee wave her hand at my face and repeatedly said no as I simply asked for Chili Sauce and then proceeded to ask me where my order was as she literally handed it to be no more than a minute apart is far from rude. This place needs entire customer service training.

I may have to file a police report for intentional fraud & theft. This place charges $15 for a large walnut shrimp but then only fills the container 50%. At least the rest of the containers were filled 100%. Bottom line, don't try to pull this on customers. We don't forget. You lose in the end ... not us. There are plenty of other overpriced Chinese takeout options we customers can choose from...

Whenever I come to this place to eat something I like it, because when I try each dish I love it and I really don't complain about it, it also gives us a very quiet place and everything. But sometimes we don't have very good service or they give us little food and they don't give us a good portion of each dish, but that is if the food is delicious. I hope to come back soon. ??

Wish I could give 0 stars. I just wanted a meal. $9.26 for this? Big food chain but rationing food like you can't afford it. Just wanted a little extra but employees just wouldn't budge even a little bit. What a joke. Neverrrr coming back. Cant believe people actually spend $10-15 for 1 scoop... what a waste of money. Never coming back unless it's for a refund lol
