Love their indoor/outdoor dining, healthy soups n salads, courteous n helpful staff!
It is more frequent than not we have a problem with our order at this particular Panera. I'm not sure why we are such gluttons for punishment by continuing to frequent this establishment. Tonight was no different. We picked up our order to go and got home to realize the full sandwich we ordered was half sandwich...and the wrong one to boot!! I went back and they graciously offered a free pastry as well as refunding the cost of the sandwich while making the correct sandwich....read full review
I don't get it. Your butternut squash soup is so popular during this season, but constantly run out at your Dublin store.
If you know it's THAT popular why don't you compensate for that popularity.

Also, they have a nice outdoor eating area. Customers enjoy the fresh food and the healthy options, with many saying it’s a good place for kids too. The parking lot is free, making visits convenient. The restroom is clean and separated by male and female sections, which adds to the comfort.
