A nice place with a clean and bustling atmosphere if you have time to sit and wait. It's not super busy but I find myself waiting over ten minutes for a small hot coffee.
Lots of bread and sandwich and dessert options. Reminds me a bit of 85°.
Le BF Said the macadamian at cookie was potentially the best one he's ever eaten in his life.

They have become arrogant and their service etiquettes have degraded than few months ago. I have been a longtime customer, and now i am thinking of finding another pastry shop. They keep me waiting in the counter holding a big tray of pastries while they keep doing their some internal work. At times, there are their servers in the counters and all of them are doing something else but could not attend to a single customer waiting in line until the customer gets frustrated and has to call them. They don't value customer's time, and their arrogance is unreasonable.

Got a vanilla cappuccino, they charged 0.79$ for one pump of vanilla. The cappuccino tasted exactly like drip coffee, didn’t taste good whatsoever. Very disappointed.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. I placed an order of a cake 2 days before my pickup date but could not pick up my cake because they lost my order… nobody was able to help me in the store, so I had to leave with no cake, no refund and no resolution.
Later on the same day they called me and apologized to me because they finally found my order but at the time I already purchased another cake. They told me on the phone they were really sorry and would refund me for their mistake.
One week later I still received no refund and had to call again and they finally processed the refund and sent me the confirmation email for the refund to make me wait for another 1-3 business days.
Totally unacceptable behavior and unpleasant experience. Too bad I cannot give 0 star….
I bought almond croissants from this Paris Baguette and they were completely burnt—not golden, not toasted—burnt. I called the store to let them know, and the man who answered (Asian guy with a nasty attitude) was shockingly rude.
Instead of apologizing or even pretending to care, he snapped, “Yes, they’re supposed to be burnt,” in the most dismissive tone possible. When I pushed back, he got even more arrogant and said, “Bring them back, we’ll inspect them and see how they look,” like I was lying or wasting his time. He flat-out refused to give me his name when I asked.
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the years on cakes and pastries, but after this experience, I’m done. I’ve never been treated so rudely by anyone in customer service. Worst Paris Baguette experience ever.
The almond croissant was super-flakey and full of air. The café latte can only be described as having been tasteless. Otherwise, there were numerous other pastries and sandwiches to choose from and a comfortable environment. Perhaps they should just feature Peet's coffees and not try and reinvent the wheel...
I came to this Paris Baguette around 9 AM to buy a roll cake for a potluck. I asked the cashier if they could cut it for me. To my shock, she told me they can’t cut it for free and instead offered to cut it for $20. Yes, $20—the same price as the cake itself. How does that make any sense? A $20 cutting fee for a $20 cake? That’s completely outrageous.
To make matters worse, if she had just offered me a plastic cake knife from the start, I would’ve happily taken it and cut the cake myself. But no—just a ridiculous charge and zero effort to provide a reasonable solution.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone. Paris Baguette, do better.
Lastly, Roll Cake was FROZEN!!!!!!! I appeared frozen and I asked the cashier and she said: it comes frozen and we already thawed and refrigerated. Ughhhhhh

Big shout out to Jenny! She’s upbeat, attentive, and makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Customer service done right - thank you, Jenny!
I’ve been to a few of their branches, service on this branch was pathetic. There was no body on the order taking counter so I wondered maybe we place the order at the cash counter since there were a couple of people in line there. After waiting in line for atleast 10 minutes I was informed by one of the employees at the counter that the line was on the other side. Looked around and now there’s 5 people in line at the order taking counter. Tried to explain the situation to the employee at the cash counter but she repeated sit out line is on the other side. All the people that came after me were ahead of me now. I tried to explain myself to the employee that I’m running late and have already been in this line for about 10 minutes, she was least bothered.
Would never go to this branch again just because of her unprofessional attitude.
Don’t care if I have to drive to another branch atleast I’ll have the peace of mind that I’m not dealing with the same employee.
I seldomly write reviews but felt so disappointed that I had to write one.
I bought 2 plain croissants, a small rectangle pastry with berries, and a very small square pastry with raspberries on top. I also got an iced mocha latte. I eat healthy and this was a wonderful treat! The croissants flaky, tiny bit dry. the mocha latte (w/almd milk) was very good, the small is a decent size, nice for a “dessert” but not overly sweet. They packaged everything so nicely. It’s nice to eat there but I took it to go this time. 😁👍🏽
Best cafe in Dublin. The coffee, the bakery, and people! Perfect ingredients for an engaging time, everytime!
Male cashier was a bit rough. There was no signage as to where to line up and he could have been a lot more professional when letting people know
