Why am I always treated with contempt by this employee every time I go to this Peet's Coffee? And she shows me extreme disrespect every time she sees me! Can she please show some manners!

This is a nice neighborhood coffee shop. Clean, chill vibe, good music, at comfortable volume. Wonderful staff. Not too crowded. The Dubai style Chocolate Matcha is delicious.

Peet’s has been my go-to coffee shop since I returned to Dublin. The quality of the coffee and the service have always been professional; however, today I felt very uncomfortable. I was given a disdainful look, which was disappointing.
The issue arose because, on my first day there (when I had breakfast), my daughter ordered a chai with matcha. The staff prepared it as requested, and it was delicious. Today, however, a different staff member responded very differently. Her attitude was noticeably impatient. When I asked another, more experienced staff member, I received the same response—that they did not have that drink. She even asked me, “Did you have it somewhere else?”
Later, I asked whether I could simply order chai with matcha, and I noticed that the price was completely different from the previous day. As I was leaving, I looked back—which is understandable—and the staff member gave me a disapproving look. Overall, the experience felt quite unprofessional.
Now I can seem look like Manager is not really care customers feedback

This is a good Peet’s for sure. Watch out for speeding cars through the parking lot though.

This is such a lovely place for coffee! I visited today and watched a barista create beautiful latte art — it was truly impressive. I wish I could enjoy coffee like that every day!

The lemon cake was stale and the manager at 9:30 time frame didn’t even say hello while he worked the books in front of me waiting to be served.

Peet’s is just awesome! The vibe, the coffee, and especially the chocolate brownie absolutely delicious. It’s rich, gooey, and perfectly satisfying. We never go anywhere else for chocolate brownies, it’s that good! Pairs beautifully with their medium roast drip coffee. One of our favorite go-to spots for a treat and some cozy time.

I visited this place today at 7:30 in the morning. The items on display looked very fresh, so I ordered a chocolate croissant, lemon bread, and a blueberry scone along with my coffee. However, instead of taking the items from the display, the staff member pulled them from a large plastic box—which I assumed was for storing excess items.

Unfortunately, when I got home, all the baked goods were stale, dry, and hard to eat. They clearly weren’t fresh. This was really disappointing, especially given how fresh everything looked in the display case. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

If you do decide to try it, make sure to check where they’re pulling your order from—it might not be what you see on the display.
