I have been here a few times. Their bánh mì is very fresh and tasty and reasonable priced. Their phở is very good. I ordered the soy and panda drink. It was 80% ice. Totally a waste.
The food is very authentic and tastes like you’re in Vietnam.

Ordered B2. Bánh Mi Pate Chả Lụa. The sandwich was good but the amount of paté was sad.
I've been eating pho maybe over 30 years, this place is by far one of the best if not the best pho that I've eaten. The most important part of a good bowl of pho is the broth. You can taste the authentic ingredients from the broth. The meats are tender and delicious. The place is small but worth the wait if you had to wait. The service was courteous and quick. It is reasonable with the price and the quantity comparison. The only thing is that they serve limited items, but just go there eat pho and the sandwiches. You pay less with cash due to the CC fees.

10/10 experience! The service was kind, food came quick and was super delicious. We ordered the Pho #11 and Banh Mi Chao #S1. The pho was a good size with plenty of meat and the broth was very flavorful. The skillet had a great variety of flavors with the chicken, the eggs, the salad, a side of pho broth and the bread (which was hot and yummy). Overall a great place!!

Top notch food! I ordered S4 (sizzling pan w/ 2 beef ribs and baguette).
Some suggestions if the owner is reading:
1. It would be great if I can substitute the carbs (rice or baguette) with something lower carb (Brown rice? Some steamed veggies?)
2. There's no appetizer. It would be great if I can order something and share with others.

I ordered #1 Phở Đặc Biệt and #S4 Bánh Mì Chảo Sườn Bò. The phở had a rich, flavorful broth with plenty of tender beef, while the sizzling beef rib was especially fragrant and juicy, served hot with eggs and bread. Both dishes were hearty and very satisfying.

After a nail appointment I was looking for something amazing to eat. I stopped at Pho Lovers in Dublin! What a treat.
The smells were like a warm embrace from my grandmother when I entered. I was seated quickly and the food was brought within minutes.
They were so helpful and the broth! The food was amazing and definitely worth a weekly visit from Hayward!

Best pho in the bay by a mile. Generous meat portions, amazing spiced broth, and excellent service.
Edit 8/31/2025 - Came back again; food was still amazing. Owner came out to chat with us, and gave me some soup base to go. Excellent service as always!!

Hype is real. Food is delicious and incredibly flavorful. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order here. I never expect good service when eating at Vietnamese’s restaurant, but the service here is top notch!

One of the best Pho in Dublin. Portions are pretty decent, and it tastes good. Hopefully they remain consistent with their Pho, which seems to hard in this area.

Pho Lovers in Dublin is a cozy little spot that feels a bit tight when it gets busy.
The food, however, is the real highlight. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices, and the portions are generous. Their meats are tender, and the fresh herbs and toppings add a nice touch.
One of the best pho restaurants in tri-valley
