The service was exceptional—truly beyond expectations! We were amazed by the care and attention put into our order. A big thank you to the two gentlemen who assisted us on December 10th at 1:00 PM. Your kindness and dedication made all the difference!

Donald S. provided poor customer service. I ordered take out online, at checkout it prompted me to enter my Gift card. I entered it and also my credit card for the remaining balance. When I picked up my food, I wanted to make sure the Gift Card was charged for the amount instead of my credit card. Donald confirmed that the whole amount was charged on my CC. I then told him if he could please refund me the $25 that was charged on my CC and charge the GC I have. He said "No, I can't do that, because you ordered online" . I then asked if he can void the online order and ring me up again so I can use my GC. He said fine. He rings me up, but then has a different total because the online order gave me a $5 credit for signing up and placing my first order. He was not happy that the transaction was an inconvenience to him. (there was no customer when I got there and none behind me the whole time), he said he can't give me what I ordered for the same price. He was not flexible to the situation at all. I told him to take off the cookie and brownie on the order then.
As a first time customer at Pieology, I would not recommend this place, if they treat their customers like this. I just expected to get what I ordered for the same price. Not my fault that the online ordering is flawed to capture the gift card that was entered. Donald S. maybe you're having a bad day, but you are making a negative impact to the organization you work for.

Being able to build your own pizza is a great experience because we can choose all the toppings we want and get the pizza incredibly fast. There is plenty of parking.

Pizza was great and moderately fast. You tell them what you want on your pizza and they make it in front of you. Sometimes understaffed and need more people. Why no one ever here tho

Love this pizza place. It has thin crust pizza. Cauliflower crust is very delicious.we had Margarita pizza , it reminded me of when we went to Italy. Worth trying it out, prices very reasonable, and the place is clean.👍👍
