Sad as it it, Piology restaurants are close to gone. We love Piology and have been going to locations all over the bay area but the couple still left have been limiting the toppings and the pies got smaller. Now this location is only open a few hours per day and looks like ready to fold anytime..We are Very Sad !!

You don't see many managers in restaurants that have positive interactions with their employees in front of you. Dana was super friendly & helpful with us and patient with the guy helping us on the register. Super easy to talk to, we will definitely becoming to this one when we are in town. Thank you for your kindness Dana. All the employees were nice as well.

It used to be my favorite place to have a pizza. Unfortunately, it seems to be going down hill lately. The bathrooms are very dirty and the toppings for the pizza do not look fresh at all.

I do not recommend order online. So basically even if you arrive to pick up your pizza at the scheduled time. It will not start to be prepared until all costumers are served. Therefore is better to arrive and do the line. Because your order will be ignored.

Very unfriendly staff, even aggressive staff. Pizza is ... OK, if you are really hungry

What an experience! For Christmas we purchased Pieology gift cards for our two sons. We decided to use them today and we will not come back to this Pieology again! The service was bad and we were initially charged for one extra pizza. The manager finally corrected this problem, but by this time, one of our pizzas was served burnt. They offered us a new pizza, but we were asked to get back in line to order. We didn't want to wait so we asked for a refund. Because we used a gift card, the manager could not put the refund back on the card, so she called her boss and told us that the refund was added to our gift card remotely. I guess I'm going to have to trust them. Besides all that, this Dublin restaurant does not open for lunch. It opens at 4pm every day.

Arrived at 4:50 PM, and despite the website indicating they were open 4PM -10 PM, they claimed to be closed with customers still inside. It's disappointing to see a business turning away customers, especially in the current economic climate. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great quality pizza! The guy working there was so nice, it was a holiday weekend and he was trying to close up but he let me in and made my order for me. I was having a hard time that day and it was so sweet of him to stay open for me.

Over the past couple years, we've enjoyed quite a few good pizzas here. It's usually quick & tasty. However, about a couple months ago, we went in and both of the 2 pizzas we ordered came out undercooked. We took them back to the counter and they put them back in the oven for a couple minutes. Unfortunately they still didn't taste quite right --- just didn't have the usual nice crispy crust. Anyway, we decided to give it another try a couple weeks ago, only to arrive for lunch & see that they are now only open at 4PM, with no lunch hours anymore. That's a negative in & of itself. So that brings us to last night, Sat, 12/23. I checked online, and it showed that it would be closed 12/24 & 12/25, but open 12/23 at 4PM. So we decided to give it another try. Drove over there, only to find out it was closed. Not sure what the deal is, but this place has gone seriously downhill over the past number of months. They don't even appear to want to be open very often to serve customers either. I get being closed Xmas Eve & Xmas day itself. But also closed on Sat, 12/23??? Just odd.

I have come to this restaurant many times and enjoyed the service and food. Last night, it was the worst. We were greeted by a young man with an attitude. He did not look like he wanted to be there or serve us. The manager was busy on her cellphone and trying to deal with the attitude. We get our pizza and comes out raw. In addition, the pizza was not cut. It will be a long time before I even think of eating here again.

I ordered ahead for pick up. The kitchen was chaotic. There was only 1 cashier for pick up and he was overwhelmed and cramped. Sliced the pizza in the box, really?

This is our family's favorite pizza place in town. This thanksgiving weekend, we were so grateful for two employees: Unique and Kai! These two deserve a HUGE raise for their hard work, kindness, and perseverance through the pressure of being short staffed on a busy night. We were overcome with the desire of helping them out; this is a popular spot! I pray they are being rewarded because the work looks really tough but they push through!
