Pizza was a bit more in cost than you can get elsewhere with more choices. Plus, it's less expensive. I'd rather go to the chuck e cheese and at least spend my money knowing it was at least worth it.

Ordered online on 4/4 at 4pm for a 530 pickup when I walked in I was handed a pizza that the box was very warm, got the pizza home peeled back the sticker on the box and what was inside was the worst PMH pizza ever, dried out almost with the absence of sauce I think they made my pizza when the order came thru at 4 and put it in a box and on the oven to keep it warm, we had the same pizza a week before from the SR store and it was fabulous.

Absolutely wonderful vegan cheese. Gluten free crust was good. The whole pizza was cooked evenly. The staff were friendly. I would eat here again and I recommend it.

We went for dinner last night 3/15. It was not too busy when we arrived, about 6:15. The dining room was a mess. Tables were not cleaned off timely, often just the trash can space was cleared. If I was managing this space I would have been very disappointed. It’s as if the items on a table were seen but any need to wipe them down and clean them for the next group was not a consideration.The pizza was ok, a bit chewier than we remember from past visits.I’m not sure we will go back anytime soon. Not so enchanted by this visit, that’s for sure.

I had a to go order, and the customer service when I came in was good. The staff greeted me and my order was ready. A cute little spot to sit down and eat also. The pizza was delicious. I ordered the vegan Big Sur and added some extra vegetables. It was a good pizza, crispy crust, fresh toppings, cooked well, and tasty.

First time at a Pizza My Heart. I've seen them all over Santa Cruz area. I only got it for takeout so can't critique the service much. I do like they have pizza by the slice so you can try all different kinds. I got their popular classic Big Sur and it did not disappoint. I had heard rumors about the 40 Clove garlic pizza and I guess this is the one. The garlic was not over powering and it was cooked whole cloves that melted in your mouth. Also had green onions which I do love on a pizza. In addition to my carnivore meat needs it had tiny curled pepperoni and sausage on a classic red sauce. The crust was more on the thinner side which my bf would be happy with. I'm more thicker is better kind of girl but overall very satisfying. I would order this again but I'd also try a slice of something different cuz variety is the spice of life!
