Ordered a 3 piece meal with two thighs and a breast. They ended up giving me three breast and arguing that they had my order correct. The biscuits were stale. The cashier barely understood English and it was extremely difficult to order my meal. Overall overpriced for what I got and terrible service. Will not be going back. Try better Popeyes.

Do yall not see the rodents?!!! Look around next time. My family and I were waiting in the drive thru and watched more than 10 rats running around.. I looked down and saw a roach on the sidewalk under the order sign. I backed out of there so fast🤮

It’s been over a year since I last ate at Popeyes. They’ve reduced the number of sides available. The chicken I ordered was overcooked and dry. The fry’s were OK.
All of the chicken I ordered was undercooked and very raw. I had to place my chicken in the air fryer. The chicken should've never been sold or given to a customer.

Horrible service on 2/6/25. Half of our order was missing from the GrubHub delivery for a $96 order. When we contacted the store, Maria who claimed to be the manager, answered our call and asked us to go back to the store to get the missing items. When we mentioned we ordered through GrubHub she hung up. When I tried calling back, the store wouldn't pick up the call. My wife then called the store from her phone and Maria answered. My wife relayed the same issue. Maria again disconnected the call and wouldn't answer when my wife tried calling the store again. Basic service skills and decency is missing.

My husband got chicken and it was cold and super oily. I think this was old too. Once I took a bite the oil splattered into my mouth. So disgusting and disappointing. We called and no one picked up.
