I was so annoyed with the quality of food and the restaurant. I should have left once I entered and the restaurant smelled so stale. Let's talk about it. My plate was dirty. As an Asian environment, how was the rice hard? The beef short rib slices tasted like a refrigerator. The GARLIC chicken had no taste of garlic and had a hella pepper, it tasted old. The soda was flat. The restroom needs to be refreshed. I won't be going back and I strongly suggest people think twice about going there. People work for their money it doesn't get picked from a tree.

I went to many many Korean BBQ place in Thailand ,in Korea ,in the US;New York,Dallas,LA etc. I’ve never found this kind of service in my life.We choose”all you can eat”;it means we can eat as much as we can, anyways,we’re Asian women,we do not eat that much.We went there late around8pm when they told us the last order had to be before 8.20-30pm ,we’re ok as thinking that just2-3rounds or 10-15 order was enough for 4 people but after we ordered 5 first portion, the short hair woman, wearing glasses who took our order …kept us waiting for a long time:around 15-20 minutes until the BBQ Stove was burned and did not even looked at us.We really wanted to eat and left the place and finished the order by8.20-8.30 but we could not make it because she did not serve us for a long time!?!Excuse me,we pay more around 35$ plus tip25% and we do not get what we pay for!!!

Enjoyed the Metallica concert but beware of the food vendors adding a tip to your meal without your authorization. Then having the management not deal with it.

If you're searching for authentic Korean BBQ in the Bay Area, Seoul Jung in Dublin is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the experience was warm, welcoming, and deliciously memorable. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed perfect for a casual night out or a celebratory dinner with friends.
We ordered the beef brisket, bulgogi, and pork belly, and the quality of the meat blew us away. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully marinated. What really stood out was the tableside grilling experience fun, interactive, and full of that signature KBBQ aroma we all love. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, offering help with grilling and explaining each dish with a smile.
We also tried the hot pot, which came bubbling with a spicy gochujang broth, tender beef, and plenty of veggies—it was comforting, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the BBQ. The banchan (Korean side dishes) were generous, constantly refilled, and packed with flavor. From kimchi to pickled radish to japchae, each side dish added something special to the meal.
Portions were generous, prices fair for the quality, and the overall experience was one of the best I’ve had in a Korean BBQ restaurant outside of LA or Korea itself. Whether you’re a KBBQ regular or trying it for the first time, Seoul Jung is 100% worth the visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Totally a fraud. It says that 18.99 each person on the advertisement but it’s actually 39.99😅 The food is not fresh and they even charge for lettuce.

Tried the $18.99 outlet menu at Seoul Jung and thought it was a solid value for the price. The pork quality is decent, and the selection covers the essentials — nothing too fancy, but definitely enough to satisfy a BBQ craving on a budget.
One thing I appreciated was the regular grill change — they actually stay on top of it, which makes a big difference in flavor and cleanliness. That said, some of the fried items and veggie sides can take a while to arrive, but given the price and volume of customers, it’s understandable.
What did feel a bit over the top was charging extra for black pepper on the outlet menu. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely raises an eyebrow.
Overall, it’s worth the money if you’re looking for an affordable Korean BBQ fix without expecting premium cuts or rapid service. Good for casual group meals or if you’re already at the outlet and want something satisfying after shopping.

This place is bomb!!!! Me and my family always come here for the bulgogi and thin sliced pork belly! Service is great and staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this spot!
You can get the ayce for $18.99, IF
- you bring the outlet special flyer with you, and
- you don’t mind the short selection of choices in the outlet special menu, 18 items.
For me, too little choice and quality of meat is so so

If you enjoy nice Korean BBQ, go Blue House or Sea Pot, the food here is eatable, but since the Korean appetizers small dishes, they are really sad, the taste and texture are weird, and the pork belly stinks, the tofu soup was very disappointing. No wonder the price is cheap.

I kindly request to put more effort on customer service. The meat is not fresh enough. I found hairs on spicy chicken and kimchi. Unfortunately, 1/10
