Poorly trained employees. I recently encountered employees who could not and would not try reloading my Starbucks card at the register. Not only have they not been properly trained... their attitude was of complete indifference.

Drove to Dublin to fill up my car and when I got there all the gas tanks were taped off with caution tape. Frustrating to drive all the way down there for nothing!
