The matcha latte (Iced) Was actually good considering the other Starbucks I’ve been to made me want to discard it immediately

This is an edit of a previous post about cream cheese (ended up just being me not knowing how to use the app, my fault). However, the other day I went to pick up an order and I asked if they had any and the girl behind the counter said “no, we never got any” and just then a guy also working behind the counter walked by and was drinking out of one.
Then today, my coworkers and I placed an order and I went to go pick it up. We both ordered iced caramel macchiatos. The gal making drinks accidentally made my coworkers hot and went to remake it. She was making my drink and my coworkers drink simultaneously and again, it was the same drink. I literally WATCHED her not put the four pumps of vanilla syrup in either drink and I said “hey, just making sure, those got the pumps of vanilla in them right?” (obviously knowing they hadn’t) and she looked me dead in my eyes and said “yeah, they’re in there.” I didn’t want to be annoying or call her out so I just left. I tried my drink when I got to my car and sure enough, there was absolutely no vanilla in it. I work at a Target with a Starbucks and luckily, even though ours isn’t open, the girl setting up threw four pumps of vanilla into each of our drinks, but dude… it’s fine if you forgot to put the vanilla in, just fix it don’t lie to me when I watched it happen. Like, maybe you thought you did and that’s fine. Luckily, I’m just training at this Target and this is not my local store.

I ordered a simple coffee and croissant, left a $10 tip out of courtesy — and was met with pure rudeness. The way the staff spoke and behaved was absolutely disrespectful. If this is how you treat paying customers, especially those who tip generously, it’s a disgrace. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and entitled behavior for such basic service. Shameful

Starbucks was great. We got Frappuccinos which took a long time but our barista was so nice and worked as quickly as possible.
Parking was a tiny bit of a mess just because the parking lot was relatively small and busy.

This was one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to and think about that for a second :-) the staff was amazing. These guys were loving what they did and they made us smile all the way down the road thanks you guys. You were amazing all the free samples of the breakfast. Food were pretty cool too.

This is the best starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve been here multiple times and their service are always good especially the asian looking girl I think she is the manager, she always serve with smile and has welcoming vibe. I definitely recommend this starbucks place!🩷 such a comfort spot
Rude behavior. Have a dont care attitude. Looks they are pampered kids who are working for a summer break . No regards to customer or brand . Asked a simple question and she told me ask corporate. I felt like i should never come to Starbucks again.

Probably one of the worse Starbucks we’ve ever ordered from. I don’t know the name of the white girl with makeup that handled the food for my sisters order but they lagged for over 15 minutes for a sandwich and we watched handfuls of customers order and get their stuff before her as well which made no sense. No sense of urgency and highly unprofessional like the other people here reviewed and said. Management please for the love of everything retrain your employees. 7:50am on May 30, 2025.
