This Starbucks use to be super super fast and now I have no clue but its super duper slow. Even you order online 20 minutes prior it doesn't matter it's not the first time I can say this 7 or 8 time

Plenty of seating, fast service, standard Starbucks options. The only negative is the craziness in the parking lot as parkers jostle for space with the long drive-through line of cars.

Wing is incredible! I was waiting behind the most ridiculously demanding dude today, asking for things that were obviously not in her control, and she didn't get mad or rude. No one should be treated like that.

Great place to meet friends! The service is fast with a friendly staff. I was even surprised when one of the baristas remembered my drink! I had only ordered it once before.

Although I've only ever used the drive-thru here, I've found the staff to be kind & friendly & genuinely happy to see you!!Of course the drinks & food items are excellent & the drive-thru itself is a breeze to maneuver!

My iced coffee was not cold, almost all the ice was melted - which caused my drink to be "watered-down." I did order ahead with the Starbucks app, and I was just 2 minutes late...... I was disappointed, mainly because I'm used to receiving almost pure perfection every time I order at Starbucks!

They filled my venti only 2/3 full and 2 of their employees stood firm that it was made correctly. I order a custom venti drink similar to a caramel macchiato. When I picked up my order, they handed me a 2/3 filled drink. I questioned them about my drink, since I ordered a venti, like "are you going to fill it up!?!?". They said, that's how your drink is. That's what you ordered. And insisted it was correct. I said can you check w whoever made it? She said I'm sure they're going to say the same thing. (!?!?!) She talked to whoever was in charge and they said, that's how we make what you ordered. We can add more ice or more milk if you want. I asked them to remake the drink. They handed to me 2nd time. There was still 1 whole inch from the top. (!?!?) I asked them to fill it to the top with milk. What in the world is going on here? If I wanted a 2/3 full cup I would've ordered a grande!!!! Why would I pay for Venti to get a grande!?!? I've ordered this drink from this location and many other locations multiple times before with no issue.

If I’m paying 6-7$ for my coffee, 1) I expect it to taste really good 2) the cup should not be dirty with residue 3) the store should be clean. Out of all three issues, the taste of my coffee was very upsetting it was really really sugary compared to having that coffee aroma and flavor. I asked for an extra shot. But the coffee did not have an extra shot. Idk. I stopped drinking Starbucks 1) the prices are too much for the coffee 2) the coffee isn’t consistent with the taste. I only get it when I’m on the go or really in need of one. Overall, I’m making a lot of effort to quit drinking it as I feel I’m overpaying but the consistency of how it should taste is not there either.

Never thought that I have to review stb, but this location never hit stb standard to me, compare wt other locations (very bland in comparison). Since it's the closest drive-through, thus I have no choice but to accept it when I need stb. SO I hope the manager or the owner of this franchisee sees and improve it.
