It's convenient inside of Target, but it seems none of the in-store Starbucks in Safeway, Target, Albertsons, etc... are at the same level of quality as the regular coffee shops.
This Target Starbucks does not have a full starbucks menu since it is under Target. They are often short of staff with one person being both the cashier and making drinks. Or else the staff is friendly and helpful
