I work at Sephora right next door, so this location is super convenient for me to grab a quick coffee during my break. But honestly, it’s been frustrating lately. It’s not that hard to make one iced coffee, but every time I go in, I feel like I’m being met with eye rolls or attitude.
Even when I try to avoid the hassle by ordering ahead online, the drink is often wrong—wrong size, wrong order, or way too much creamer to the point where it barely tastes like coffee. I really want to keep supporting this location because it’s so close, but the experience needs improvement.

Jordan and Emily went over the top to make sure I got the drink I wanted, and it was absolutely amazing. 11/10 service.

I came in today and just asked for an ice water. A simple request, but the annoying barista decided to be a Karen and tell me that water is “only for customers.”
It’s illegal to refuse water to anyone, regardless of whether they are a customer or not and I don’t know why she decided to make a big deal out of my simple request. She gave me the water anyway, so what was the point of saying that in the first place? Terrible customer service.

The only OG top notch customer experience store left in the state as far as I’m concerned. Just left so happy and my drink was perfect and thoughtfully made and everyone was kind and welcoming. As a former Starbucks employee, I’m impressed.
