I came in today and just asked for an ice water. A simple request, but the annoying barista decided to be a Karen and tell me that water is “only for customers.”
It’s illegal to refuse water to anyone, regardless of whether they are a customer or not and I don’t know why she decided to make a big deal out of my simple request. She gave me the water anyway, so what was the point of saying that in the first place? Terrible customer service.

The only OG top notch customer experience store left in the state as far as I’m concerned. Just left so happy and my drink was perfect and thoughtfully made and everyone was kind and welcoming. As a former Starbucks employee, I’m impressed.

I went into this Starbucks 9/6/24 approximately 6:10 PM, which I live next-door to and been for years. I’ve always had OUTSTANDING customer service experiences here. Unfortunately, that day, I think the girls name was Michelle was on the register. She had a really bad attitude really horrible Customer Service very rude I even almost walked out. I was very nice and pleasant to her so I truly didn’t understand why I was being treated that way. I spend so much money with Starbucks on a daily basis. Luckily the barista Josh was there, and he turned my experience around into a positive one! Keep Josh he is amazing!

Espresso drinks are usually made well. Difficult to get properly steamed and frothed milk at most Starbucks, but this location is usually pretty good. Register attendance and focus could be better... sometimes ling lines when not necessary.
