Espresso drinks are usually made well. Difficult to get properly steamed and frothed milk at most Starbucks, but this location is usually pretty good. Register attendance and focus could be better... sometimes ling lines when not necessary.

I don’t know who trains the baristas here but their frappuccinos are just consistently made poor. I’m a barista at a nearby Starbucks (this one is closer to my house) and the frapps are always melty and milky even after 2 minutes of sitting. They need to be retrained on the measurements.
Service is always great. The staff members are kind at the window.

I like deb she's great friendly hard working always nice welcoming. But the new manager jing , which there is a new one every month is not good, only says welcome in but doesn't contect to customers, busy outside but never see her out helping. I saw her yell at a customer one day.This used to be my best place but I'm not sure about Starbucks anymore. Why can't they hire and train better.

This place gets super packed with online orders. I didn’t know and decided to stop by since there were only 2 people in front of me. Took 30 minutes to get 2 simple drinks (refreshers). I noticed they were first doing the online orders rather than the in person orders.

Codes for bathrooms and person at register has to spend far too much time on drive thru and mobile order oven pastries -Starbucks doesn’t want us ordering in person and puts in store guests as lowest priority. I don’t like someone hollering welcome with their back turned. For $6.45 per beverage show some respect. Oh and WiFi hijacks phone and then doesn’t actually let me connect so I had to go outside turn off WiFi in order to complete this review. Oh and lock codes to gain access to bathroom is a discriminatory tactic.
