I ordered a foot long with a promotion discount that was accepted in the order. Right before I arrived it was canceled. When I called to find out what happened they said they don’t accept promotions. Then why did the order go through? Really bad customer service and I won’t return.

Stay away!!!! Expect one piece of everything. If you order extra, you may get regular amount if you’re lucky. They are skimpy on everything but the bread, since bread can’t be reduced.

Horrible service. I placed an order via their app with a coupon and when I got there they said they don't honor that coupon and cancelled my transaction. Seems like they have a history of doing this based on reviews.

I recently attempted to place an online order at this subway location, taking advantage of a promotion that was clearly advertised on their website. The promotion was successfully applied during checkout, and I received a confirmation that my order was accepted. However, shortly afterward, I received a notification that my order had been canceled by the store.
This cancellation was made without any clear explanation, and it seems to contradict the initial acceptance of the promotion and the order.
Today I ordered a roast beef garlic and there was a little roast beef and full of lettuce and onions only, also they didn’t ask me for anything else. I never go back there again

Only gave me 5 meatballs for a footlong. When I asked him for 8 like the sandwich us supposed to have he just put a bunch of sauce and 1 extra meatball. Big rip off horrible service DO NOT GO HERE. FYI this is my first and only review it is that bad. Go to another subway they are nicer.

They don't accept coupons, plus when I ordered my sandwich and asked for turkey on it they gave me just one slice. Also there was a fly in the cookie case flying around. When I walked in this place it gave a me a weird vibe because it's in a mini mart.
