Over priced. My drink was made wrong. Ordered caramel milk tea with 50% sugar and was given regular milk tea with no sugar. Mango fruit tea was sour. Super disappointing considering how much they charge.

Went on a quiet Monday night. No one was there. Orders Potted Milk Tea with no ice and 50% sweetness (a must for Oreo diehards) and fried calamari. Tea came out perfectly. Calamari nice and crispy, and more importantly portion size is right for the price.

I like T4 drink in most of locations in other cities as SF ! This is the first time I try in Dublin T4 store , I told them less ice but they still put lots of ice in our drink ! Little disappointed!

Good drinks and snacks. Not too expensive. However there is a lack of seating space inside so you either have to sit somewhere outside or in your car. Service is okay, but i've experienced trouble getting them to understandyou as they use a microphone system

I was super bummed when I DoorDashed a milk tea to my house! The drink was just not good and the pearl was so hard, almost like it wasn't cooked fully. I wouldn't come back to this place.

I definitely not recommend this store, employees don’t value their jobs. If you are attracted to their special offers, PAY ATTENTION!!!Their mistake is likely to result in you not getting the promotion. Do you expect their store manager to solve this problem? NO, they don't. They DO NOT CARE about THEIR PROBLEMS or the customers. All and Only they do, is ignore their problems and told you that is the rules, not their fault. How ridiculous! I recommend other T4 but not this one!!! Their service and service attitude is really bad! :(

Don’t go here. All the employees were on their phone, no respectful interaction and in addition to that the Thai tea we ordered for $6.50 for a medium tasted of a plastic smell. Not appropriate service to recommend for future customers.

Probably the worst boba spot in Dublin. The workers are always rude and dismissive. They don't even call your order when it's ready so it can sit there for a while. They make your order as fast as they can so they can hop back on their phones. It's also suuuper dirty inside. Instead of mopping up spilled drinks they just laid napkins on it... this place is a mess.
Service was super quick and friendly even near closing time! Staff was mostly cleaning up when not taking orders.The atmosphere was pretty quiet. The restaurant was super clean and had a large menu of various food and drink items.I really liked my boba! it wasn't too watery, they allowed me to get light ice without charge, and the boba consistency was perfect.Would recommend!

Passion fruit green tea with herbal jelly - 0% sweet is not too sweet and a little tart. No public restrooms - for employees only. Boo!!! The Jersey Mike's next door was kind enough to let me use theirs even though I wasn't a customer.

There are a few tables to sit indoors, no outside seating. The bathroom is for employees only. I had the ballet chocolate tea with pearl boba, and it was really good!Vegetarian options: Drinks can be made with vegetarian options.Parking: A few spots in front of the store.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs in the store, but there isn't a ramp right in front of the store to get on the sidewalk. Basil Chicken... not a lot of flavor by itself. Did come out hot but my extra basil was nonexistent. They have chili powder, sweet and sour and ketchup packets off to the side if you notice them. They don't tell you about them. Chili powder makes it spicy, which is nice. Ate half and gave up. Carmel milk tea... just ok. Nothing to write home about. The small pearls were going hard. Thai tea... terrible. Two sips to make sure I wasn't imagining that it like old tea. 2 drinks and chicken = $19The floors and tables are dirty and the staff and napping / relaxing behind the counter after the 3 customers cleared out besides me sitting here eating and typing. Oh and no trash cans to dump this inside.
