We start with a large 13" flour tortilla, add refried beans, jack cheese. Topped with our beef Birria, cilantro and red onions, topped all that with more cheese and another flour tortilla. Serve with consome, lime and radish

Saw their birria pho with short rib go viral so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered it with oxtail.

The flavors were on point. The birria broth tasted great with the short rib. However, the broth was too rich, thick, and salty to be a sipping broth for pho. Tastes great and would be great as a dipping broth. The short rib was amazing. It was so tender and tasted great. Portion was fantastic. The oxtail was tender and good but the short rib outshined...

Nice chill environment, you order and sit yourself, they'll give you a number and you get your food at the window. All food was good, they had a large variety of food to choose from.

1st time eating mexican food in dublin. This spot hella good. I got quesabirrias & enchiladas michoacanas. Food was so good & authentic flavor. A must try. Fully recommended.
