Teaspoon is franchised I think? I’ve had Teaspoon Boba in San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, LA and now Dublin… this is probably the worst location I’ve been to, and first time I’ve had a bad experience. The standard milk tea had such little tea and too much of the artificial creamer that you could barely taste the tea. The silky mango drink was a the palest yellow I’ve ever gotten at a teaspoon - too much milk and not enough mango. I was really disappointed, the boba place at 99 ranch is actually much better if you’re looking for a proper tea flavor to come through in your drink.

My 8 year old did a take out of the Taro drink today and that wasn’t prepared well. My kid said her drink had bits that tasted foul. Two hours later she also has an upset stomach. She had the same drink last Sunday and that was soo good. Not sure what happened today but we are not going back to this place again!

Visited location for the first time. Good selection of drinks. I ordered the Goosebumps Vanishing Matcha Lattee and Ube Astra. The sweetness level was just as I had ordered under the modifications and the flavor was good. The location was clean and the staff was pleasant. I plan to come back and try the other flavors.

I bought 3 drinks and asked for NO ICE but they insisted on adding a slight amount of ice. It is WINTER and do not want my drinks to be COLD. This place need to listen to customers’ needs or wants since we are paying for it!

I went there twice & requested the Assam tea with less ice and oat milk. They had no issues customizing the drink. Today, I go there & the person refuses to customize and almost makes me feel I am lying about my past drink !!

Both strawberry colada and mango funtime drinks tastes good. Especially, I like strawberry colada more. However, both drinks were rather sugary, so next time, I should request them to reduce the sweetness.
