The restaurant has significantly improved since my last visit two weeks ago. The staff members remembered us and offered apologies for any previous issues. Overall, this experience deserves a 10/10 for both food and service!

I ordered the bone based non spicy broth with beef stew. And my mom ordered the tomato based soup and beef and my dad ordered the mala soup. The soup bases were delicious. The noodles were the perfect texture. Great taste.

Tasted good but I wish the bowl stayed a little hotter a bit longer. I felt the food cooled down to fast. I am not sure if the soup bowl was cast iron. Otherwise the service was good and portion was decent.

You select a broth and meat and then they bring you each component separately and then you put together your bowl of soup. My issue is, you pay a lot of money, about $20 per bowl, and you really do not get much. YOu will want to order extra noodles if you are hungry because trust me, they will not bring much. I also think that the broth is on the lighter side too. This place looks crowded everytime I walk by, so they definitely have a following.

Amazing texture for the rice noodles. Pork broth extremely tasty and thick. Service is good although only one person serving the whole restaurant.

===== [Overview] ===== You can find this noodle soup restaurant in the Dublin Asian plaza near Koi Palace and Tasty Pot. Their concept is on the newer side and a great eat for a cold day. Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is a chain restaurant and this is one of their newer locations here in the Bay Area. ==================== ===== [Restaurant] ==== I did not have a good experience with this location. The first time I came, the restaurant was not too busy and the waiters were dismissive to my party. They waited the next two parties to their tables before we were told to seat ourselves. We also did not receive our menus or accommodations for a long while as well. Parking can be found throughout the plaza. In most hours, the main area would be full and you can find parking in the back of the plaza. ==================== ======= [Food] ======= The stars in this review will come from the food. Although the poor service I received each time, the food was good in the end. One thing to note is that the menu is different than that from their San Leandro location, which I have discovered to be the fully typical menu you would find in other locations outside of the Bay Area. Most of the items on this menu are spicy; they do not make adjustments. Recommendations: - [Signature Rice Noodle]: Great for your first time if you are trying out this chain. - [Hot and Sour Beef Brisket] - [Fish and Pickled Cabbage] - [Spicy Szechuan Sliced Beef] ====================

First impression means a lot when you are trying out a new place. The greetings from the staff was so cheerful and pleasant. Don't know her name but she wears her hair in two ponytails. Even though we are supposed to order online they still come by to take our orders and clarify questions we may have. A lot of restaurants don't bother. We had the pickled cabbage fish and the pork cartilage noodles. They are good! Though they can time down the salt a bit more but that's a personal preference. The pickled potatoes is a good appetizer. Would definitely recommend this place.

If you still goes to San Ramon or Oakland for Japanese Ramon, forget them lol. The noodle broth here are so much more flavor, less greasy and more fun to eat. I had Yunnan rice noodle 25 years ago in Chinese when I was in high school! I don't have any memory left about the flavor I had. We went tonight and my hubby had it first time and we both impressed by the broth and the flavor. Rich but not overwhelmed.

No. 4 Szechuan Hot and Spicy Soup emerged from the kitchen bubbling hot in stone pot — served with rice noodles and nearly a dozen accompaniments (including braised beef brisket) to be dropped in before eating. While novel in appeal, the broth itself lacked the quintessential numbing sensation.Popcorn Chicken appetizer, a more bite size version of McDonald’s chicken nuggets — lacking the consistency of actual meat, served with a Thousand Island dipping sauce.

When my friend and I went to eat, there was a waiter who had a very bad attitude and looked at us with unkind eyes. She didn't even provide us with water. She treated guests like this more than once. I don't know why restaurants hire waiters like this.
