Stopped here for lunch. Excellent ambiance. Our server went above and beyond to give us a free Tom yum soup. Roti telur was soft and tasteful. Basil chicken fried rice and pepper prawns had all the flavors. Would come again.

Great food. Good service. It would be helpful if the back door had a sign telling people to go around front- the place looks closed if you come from the back.

Expensive compared to quantity you get here but Good food and ambiance..fried banana with ice cream is on the great deserts u can get here. Almost all items are good..If you like spicy, ask for extra spicy because all the items are mild.

Love this place. It's open and spacious although not intimate. The vegetarian food is flavourful and delicious albeit a little oily depending on the dish. Been here many times and definitely recommend it. Steamed rice is better than fried and the garlic eggplant with green beans is amazing. Laksa soup is made perfectly and the roti paratha, fried green beans, chile baby corn and veggie fresh roll are on point. Not too spicy unless you want it that way. Definite go to.Vegetarian options: Lots of excellent vegetarian and vegan options

Ordered veggie curry laksa takeout with high hopes - all it had was exactly 2 piece of semi boiled/raw beans, okra, fried spongy tofu. Tasteless to the core. Only saving grace here was the thick noodles and the passable curry base.Definitely not worth the $$ - skip the ‘garden’ and choose the ‘leaf’?

Had the veg mee goreng. It was enjoyable and tasted pretty good. It would have been a 5 star if it was a little spicier and slightly less tangy.

I LOVE banana garden. My fav dish is their spicy noodles Mee Gorang, I used to have a hard time finishing it and it was def spicier.. this time it was not spicy at all and we got so little of it we had nothing to bring home! All of our dishes tonight were decently made… just SO little food! We got one tiny piece of roti pum for our appetizer and a tiny cup of curry. Like the size of a to go plastic dipping sauce cup. We ordered a large size of noodles and it was standard size at best. Also, not as spicy as they used to make it.Really disappointed in the quantity. Not worth 70+ bucks, esp since I used to have a hard time finishing my dishes in the past. Not sure if there’s new management or what but I hope they fix this. I never write reviews but I can’t get it off my mind how bummed I am!

I ordered char kway teao take out and it did not disappoint. Order was on time and pick up was uneventful. If char kway teao is representative of their food, this would be a good place to come back to. Prices, as with all the restaurants, are expensive. Nearly $20 for the order!

I tried 2 of their lamb dishes. I loved the Penang curry but the Jintan lamb is ok. In general their food is good, very nice restaurant but a bit

Came here to try the food after a long drive from Orange County with some Malaysian friends who happen to be experts on the sort of food we ordered an assortment of different dishes, and the food was more authentic than any other Malaysian food in northern California. The waiter Anthony was super nice I remembered us from our previous visits. Highly recommended.
