This sushi restaurant has some of the best sashimi in the Tri Valley. The staff are extremely friendly and it sort of a small town diner vibe with lots of regulars and friendly smiles upon entering. There are a couple of very interest specialty rolls and other sushi specialties that are worth trying, and their happy hour specials on beer are hard to pass up.

This place is not kid friendly. I went on a Saturday night took my children. Went before food was pretty good. I saw a table available, the lady looked at us and said 2 hour wait. When I saw a table available. I told her we can take the table I see that is available. She didn't know english. She went to go get another lady. She knew more English, and then said it was a 30-minute wait. I said, "What about that table I see?" She said it was for a reservation and pointed to a whole different table. I obviously saw that when I walked in. They discriminate against children. Like most places in the bay area. SMH

The service was excellent but the food is just okay. They won't use egg on their tendon bowls which I think is necessary. Won't be coming back.

Been here twice, first time with kid and thought the food was good and service friendly so we came back with husband. Long wait and only one server but seeing the food hubby insisted on waiting. Have to really highlight the server Naomi because the place was crazy busy and it’s just her running around. She’s polite and still had such a great attitude, and hubby says the order she did everything made a lot of sense. The best part really was her attitude under pressure, it’s crucial to hire someone like this for the job cause just because of this experience we will definitely come back again. We enjoyed both the experience and the food even with the wait.
- California roll had too much mayo!! - - Miso soup was too watery that you could hardly taste the miso one bit.- Silverware/dishes needs updating and please supply more napkins than one flimsy one.
