Their cloud cakes and brownies are the best! The chocolate cloud cakes is not as chcolatey which is a bit disappointing. I understand that the cream can't be too chocolatey but the cake can. The fruit cloud cakes though, perfection! Also, can we talk about how gorgeous they are as well!

This bakery is the best! We love their Blueberry Yougurt Cake!. The service is quick and friendly. The cake packaging is so well done. They provide candles and cake server with matches. There are so many yummy bakery products besides their cakes.

I always visit Livermore location but was in the area in Dublin, came to have coffee and pick up a few cakes I ordered received the worst customer service there by the manager. Love the coffee place but would not recommend this location.

This review is for TOUS les JOURS at 7151 Amador Plaza Rd, Dublin, CA 94568, and I hope the owner or manager takes the time to read it.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to poor customer service. We ordered a cake online earlier this week, and the online ordering process itself was smooth and easy with no issues at all. Unfortunately, the in-store pickup experience completely ruined it.

When we arrived to pick up our cake, there were two employees working. One of them was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive—she greeted customers warmly, interacted with kids, and clearly cared about providing good service. Unfortunately, the other employee who assisted us was the complete opposite.

The employee who handled our pickup appeared unhappy and unapproachable, and her attitude came across as rude and careless. When presenting our cake, she pulled it out with one hand and swung it forward without any care or caution. It felt unprofessional and concerning, especially considering how delicate cakes are. If the cake had slipped or fallen, it would have been completely ruined.

Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, especially for special orders like cakes. While I understand that people may have long shifts or difficult days, that does not excuse poor treatment of customers. The lack of care and professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant.

Because of this interaction, I would not recommend this location and will most likely not return. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, provides better training, and ensures that all employees represent the business with the level of care and respect customers expect.

Great bakery with a wide selection of fresh pastries, breads, and cakes. The quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Perfect spot for grabbing a treat with coffee or picking up something to take home!

This is my favorite bakery and has been buying birthday cakes and pastries past years. Now, I’m shocked how little they put the milk cream in it. The picture shows two “milk cream breads”; right is the whole, and left is the cream only part. My kid complained me that I didn’t buy his favorite milk bread as he didn’t get cream and show me how little it was in the end.

Pick up a pistachio croissant and three Boro bread for my wife , she ate it and said too dry and thought it was not fresh, she gave up. I tried the croissant during the night and found it’s very spicy, then I check on line and found it might be ham croissant, not to my taste my too.

Lately there’s a dude smoking outside all the time and it fills the area with the smell and probably soaks into the furniture. PB has better coffee and no one smoking around the place. You can see people considering coming or sitting outside and then changing their minds. For some reason he stands between Togos and Tous Les Jour so the whole area reeks of cigarettes. I’d also check out the Pleasanton TLJ if you’re in that area, avoid this one for now.

My daughter-in-law and I had the best time on our dessert date at TOUS les JOURS in Dublin!

We tried a stuffed donut, a cream-filled croissant, a variety of macarons, and a Portuguese tart—and every single thing was absolutely delicious. The pastries were fresh, not too sweet, and beautifully made.
It was such a fun outing, and we had so much fun sampling everything together. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something sweet that is freshly made.

It would be great day to start the day with a cup of coffee there and a pastry or as with us, a great finish for dinner by stopping off for a sweet treat.

Popped in initially for coffee as we had just travelled from SF and was heading across to Livermore shops. A lovely surprise was all the wonderful pastries and donuts. I had the sausage pastry and could not resist the strawberry croissant both were delicious. I’d highly recommend
