If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I found some sort of animal hair in my açaí bowl. Tried to address the matter with the staff both over the phone and in-person and was basically blown off, twice! No one even showed concern or apologized for the disgusting situation…will never return here 🤢

Easily one of the best smoothie places I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and helpful. They also make your order really fast. The ingredients are high quality. My favorite is the giant sized Nutty Bowl. Enjoy!

I have been a long term customer of vitality bowls and I love their bowls and paninis, but the younger staff here is really not friendly at all. There’s a few adults that work here that are friendly, but i cannot say the same for the younger staff. They don’t greet anyone when they come in and sometimes take upwards of 5 minutes to ask if you wanted to order something.
For the price, I would hope that my order would be correct and that it wouldn’t be missing anything. I know things happen and are mistakes, but it is a consistent issue when I order and they don’t include the granola on the side like I paid extra for.
It’s things like this that have made me realize this specific vitality bowls has gone downhill and I will begin making the trip to Livermore or San Ramón to give my business to those locations instead. Unfortunate.

I use to come here a few years ago and the people were nice. I don't have a problem with their whole staff now because there's 2 ladies that are still nice but there's one specific lady that wouldn't hand my bag to me when she walked out. She sat it down mid handover which I thought was weird because I haven't seen that done to anyone else. I have to debate if I'll go back because the way that was done gave me prejudice vibes

Very bad customer service service.. they make your bowls wrong I will never go to this place again.. whe you tell them you can’t eat fruits they put them in your bowl anyway … I was very unhappy with this place .. I was told a manger will call me ..that’s was all a made up story.. I never got a callback for me refund I could have die from a reaction.. but they don’t care …I wouldIke this place to shut down .
