The woman that made my juice today wasn't wearing gloves and she didn't wash her hands before touching the fruit either. That's disgusting. This is a food safety issue that could get people sick.

Very clean and calm atmosphere. Good sizes too, we got the tropical bowl and the dragon bowl in medium sizes and they were really yummy. Will definitely go again. 100% recommend for açaí bowl lovers.

Absolute gem! Love going on dates with my sister there. We both get açaí bowl and it’s healthy and yummy.

Absolutely love this location. My vitality bowl is always filled to the brim and the amount of toppings perfectly balances out the amount of açaí. Most places put way too much açaí in the bowl and skimp out on toppings but this location does it perfectly.

I love this place, my daughter gets tropical bowl every Wednesday and is obsessed! ?? I love the food here, so great. The only thing is a little pricey, but nothing over $20. I get it though, healthy food is expensive. Would recommend!!

7 These people are terrible. I am allergic to coconuts and I explain this to them. They still put coconuts in my tropical bowl. When I call back. They said I could come in any time and get a replacement. so unorganized with these young kids. That do not know how to work when I call back. They had no idea of what I was talking about. So after almost poisoning me. They were not even experienced or organized enough to have saved my name and my phone number. Like they told me there were Call back and I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone. What a bunch of idiots be careful they might poison you.

The tropical bowl makes me feel like I have eaten all the healthy things in the past 3 days at 10 in the morning after a good workout! Lol the service has always been super nice and friendly, but I feel like the tables are always kind of dirty. I usually get mine to go but when I look around, it's almost like they have had a rush right before I get there (every time) so I'd say it's not a coincidence after 4 visits.

The health department really needs to shut this place down. There was a hair in my food. A really long hair. So disgusting and unsanitary! Just a warning to other customers

Very disappointed by the off-putting taste of the vegan garlic aioli and excessive amount of it. My hubby got a different wrap and he also didn't get in more than a few bites before the off-putting taste stopped him as well. Hopefully their bowls and smoothies are a better option. If you get a wrap, we would highly recommend you get ALL condiments on the side. Staff were friendly, but service was very slow. Also AC was too high to eat indoors.

Super disappointed in this place especially since I’m a regular customer. I will absolutely not be returning. I called and placed a pick up order because I was in a rush. I arrive and pay and they still hadn’t made the drink which was odd because I ordered 10 mins prior. No Bitty. They could be busy. Wait 10 mins in store for smoothie only to have it come out completely wrong. I get the same smoothie everytime. I know the color and consistency. It’s off. I taste it only for it to taste like banana? So basically they don’t wash their containers because when I saw it was full blown banana. I’m grossed out. I go back in to tell them I want a refund because I can’t wait any longer (I have work not being entitled) and they proceed to go back in the kitchen for another 6 mins to make another smoothie,??? Girl I just asked for a refund. Why would you do that when I already said I was in a rush. Then the lady still doesn’t give me a refund but proceeds to say I have to call someone. Yea not cool at all. And now I’m super late because of it. Please go elsewhere they don’t care about customers and obviously don’t clean blenders smh. Disgusted.

The food is good, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Shop front itself is small, but adequate; there are several tables for indoor seating and a few more outside.Upon arrival, shop seems almost closed; no one in the front and nearly 3 minutes to be greeted (almost left). Definitely no sense of urgency or pace from anyone working (which is fine, but maybe skip this place if you're expecting to get in and out - Whole Foods is right across the street!)Bottom line: if you have the time, want something healthy for a decent price and you aren't seeking a memorable guest service experience this is the place for you!

With a generous focus on fresh, nutritious ingredients and an unwavering commitment to quality, this place has managed to create a buzz amongst health-conscious food enthusiasts and casual eaters alike.First off, let's talk about their signature item - the Vitality Bowl. I had the pleasure of ordering a medium-sized bowl, and it was a feast not just for my palate, but also for my eyes! Brimming with color and texture, the bowl boasted a myriad of wholesome ingredients that catered to my nutrient needs while satisfying my taste buds. The addition of extra granola at the bottom added a delightful crunch to the bowl that complemented the smooth, creamy base, lending a nice contrast to each mouthful. One thing that impressed me was the balance of flavors in the bowl. None of the ingredients overshadowed the other, and every bite offered a wonderful harmony of sweet, tangy, and nutty notes. On to the technology side of things, their mobile app is commendable. The app is user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient.
