Vons Chicken is delicious! I wanted wings so I stopped here and ordered the Yangnyeom chicken and Crispy Fried chicken ( both spicy) with a side of rice. My order came out quick. The chicken was hot and flavorful, the portion was plenty. The price was right and service professional and friendly. If you are ever in Dublin check out Vons Chicken!

I have to agree with the other reviewers here. Food is good though never dined in. Always do the fried chicken take out twice. But in these 2 times I ordered to go, the level of stress the waiter shared is crazy. I don’t think I have been in places where I feel stressful for just waiting for my food to come. I called it for a to go order, when I did not come in 10 minutes, she called me. Another times when I waited for my food, she bossed me around way too much. You can’t touch this. Please stand there. I can’t take your order, there are people ahead of you (those people were standing by the food and no one was in front of me, how am I supposed to know?)
Not to mentioned when I try to order my food when I am not familiar with the menu. 🤯😂

This spot is the sister store to Von’s Chicken in Concord — our OG favorite since 2018! When we moved closer to Dublin, we started coming here and only recently found out they’re connected. Talk about a delicious discovery!

Our go-tos are the Crispy Fried Chicken, Honey Butter Fries, and Japchae (because who can say no to that combo?). Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful, and it keeps us coming back for more.

We love supporting small, family-owned restaurants, and this one definitely has our hearts — and our appetites. We make it a point to order from them at least once a month, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re craving comfort food with a Korean twist!

The Vons Chicken is also a KBBQ restaurant which I didn't realize before getting there - it was a pleasant surprise to have a full KBBQ menu to order from to go with the Vons chicken I was craving. The food was all great though the crispy fried chicken barely had any soy garlic glaze which was disappointing - the Hayward Vons location coats the chicken much more thoroughly and is way more delicious however they are a takeaway only location with only the limited Vons menu. Hopefully this was a one off so I don't have to choose between yummy crispy soy garlic chicken or the expanded restaurant menu at the Dublin location.

When you come this location. They have 2 different prices posted. At the front door before you enter. The price is $14.99 for a half or of Crispy Chicken. When you enter the establishment. The price is posted at $16.99 as well as the menu at the counter. However, I was charged $17.99. This comes out to $19.83 with taxes at 10.25% in Alameda County.

Your receipt only has a total instead an itemized receipt showing taxes.
I left a tip for the staff. However, I will not revisit this particular Vonn’s again

Terrible! You're better off going to Bonchon chicken, there's no crunch to the chicken. It is very soggy and there are very hard parts of the chicken skin and chicken itself that is unchewable. I feel like I’m wasting half of the chicken because it is not edible.. The chicken is not spicy either. It taste like microwave chicken from safeway that has been sitting in the deli all day long. This is a one and done place.

First time eating Vons and it was very good. I got the Spicy Fried Chicken, and it was juicy, flavorful, and crunchy. The restaurant also has a full Korean food menu with all you can eat Korean BBQ, which I will definitely check out next time

Vons chicken Dublin- fairly priced with great staff. They serve two types of chicken varieties, one is oven baked and the other one is deep fried. We ordered deep fried extra crispy yangnyum chicken with cheddar cheese fries. Though the spice level was not up to the mark when initially we ordered so asked Vons chilli sauce for which we don’t mind paying extra dollar. One of the lady at the counter offered us extra Korean chillies for free of cost. The was the sweet gesture. We are coming back again to try the Vons special sauce chicken.
✅restaurant is clean and hygiene is maintained.
✅friendly staff with positive attitude

Areas of improvement ?
1) Should keep wet wipes on the tables.
2) Coles Law can be plus if they add to the fried chicken.
Thanks
