Absolutely incredible experience. For the price, you get an incredibly filling meal packed with whatever items you want. You receive a bowl and pick from a large selection of protein, fish, and vegetables. You then pick a broth, with the final price based on the weight of the items you picked out. Incredibly hygienic and clean restaurant. Highly recommended for malatang enjoyers.

Decent service with a more self-service aspect for drinks. Chill vibes, and they were cool with you lingering after finishing your food. Delighted by the shape of their bowls haha

My first time here—and definitely not the last! I’m beyond satisfied!
The restaurant is small, so we waited about 15 minutes to get seated. After choosing our ingredients and weighing our bowl (2.46 lbs for $15.99/lb), it took another 10 minutes for the food to be served. Totally worth the wait!
My husband and I shared the bowl with the mild Beef Broth. It was perfectly seasoned—we didn’t even need any extra sauce or condiments! After a long day at work, we came in starving, but the portion was so generous we couldn’t even finish it. Huge bowl, amazing flavor, great value, and good service all around!
I was overcharged by 0.5 pounds. The item weighed 1.4 pounds when it was weighed, but I was charged for 1.9 pounds at checkout. The manager also refused to check the records.
Edit: in response to owner’s comment, if you can share the footage with me that clearly shows 1.93, I will remove the comment

Operation organization is out of whack! Ate a bowl of the tomato base then decided to order another one for take out. Waited in line for 10 minutes and the cashier barely noticed there were two people in the line waiting as he took the orders of five other people behind us. There was a guy waiting for the cashier to add four drinks to the table long than I did which was absurd... felt really bad. I then asked to pay for the take out and dine in but they only charged me for takeout. The lady then came up to us saying we didn't pay for the dine in. Just really annoying, disorganized and waste of time. Food is decent but wouldn't come back just to have my blood boiled.
