I always order a caldo de 7 mares( soup of the seven seas) it's so delicious and they give it to you with your choice of either toasted homemade Bolio slices or tortillas . I personally like the Bolio . And they give you condiments of onion cilantro some Chile and lemon . Also it takes 45 minutes for it to be ready which is NEVER a problem for me . I susually just call ahead but they do always ask if you want to wait that long because it's a freshly made soup!! This place is so fire . Try their shrimp cocktail , their tacos , their torta or even their sopes ..You seriously can't go wrong with this place . It's a family owned business, so you always see the same smiling faces . They're always so kind when me or my grandparents go in there . I don't live in the town anymore but my grandparents still do and I always try and take them bread from that place . Please treat yourself go ..”

“First visit to this cafe. This was on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Got there early on recommendation of local friend. We were one of three tables, and the atmosphere was of a utilitarian cafeteria . Although, the walls were plastered with all sorts of airplane decorations. Some vintage and some silly. All were charming. As was our server. I took a long time deciding, and she was good humored about it. We ordered, and while we waited, the small room started to fill up. Looked like all locals to me.Took a couple shots of the menu. Forgot to get any pix of the delicious food. Believe me, it was photo-worthy! I ordered eggs over medium and ham steak with a biscuit and gravy on the side. On recommendation from our server, I got the country potatoes instead of hashbrowns. They were golden cubes, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Perfect! Eggs were fine, but the ham steak was SO salty. Biscuit was OK, and the gravy was just right.By the time we left, all the tables were full, and a line had formed outside. As we left, I noticed a second small room also had most tables full. This place is definitely worth a visit. Lots of free parking.”

They even include a kid's menu, it's a very family friendly environment. They do charge for a cover entry per person but it's just like Vegas/most entertainment restaurants. The performing acts are non-stop until 2am! Super talented and entertaining. I've even ordered to-go and the quality of the food is still amazing! “I am so happy this location finally opened closer to Bakersfield and not having to drive the windy road of the former. The outer location is fresh and clean, plenty of parking. There is a staff member driving around in a people mover that offers rides to the entrance. Definitely welcome! Once you enter, you get Vegas vibes no doubt! The interior space is open and airy. Lots of machines, card tables and FOOD! Several restaurants, alcoholic bar, coffee gift shop, and event center! Winnings were fine, I don't ever expect to win I just enjoy bringing and spending time with my grandma!”
