“Wow.
As a trucker I git a big appetite.
So I order big!
I was the 1st to get here at 330pm.
I ordered a gordita, a sope, and platter of rice beans and rib tips.
It took like 20 mins.
I opened the gordita 1st. At 1st glance I thought it was bland by the looks of it.
But boy was I wrong.
The gordita itself has a fresh homemade corn tortilla crunchy texture not greasy.
All the ingredients were fresh, The beef also fresh and juicy and perfectly seasoned and grilled. The cream is rich not cheap. 2 hrs later im still here waiting to order more. The place is full at leaste 6 semi trailer parked here, and five othe cars.
Everyone here is super patient because there is only one lady doing all the wirk by herself.”

“Sanchez Tacos in Earlimart is my one of my favorite spots! Every time I come here, the food is consistently amazing and the service is always great! They load up on the meat, way more than most places! Plus it's sooo good. Their al pastor tacos are hands-down the best I've ever had, perfectly balanced with sweetness and spice. If I'm craving great taco truck then Sanchez Tacos is the spot. No matter when I visit, the quality never drops. If I'm craving Mexican food, this is the only place I want to be! You definitely need to check it out for yourself. Prices for are not too bad my burrito was 11$ and they have amazing red and green salsa. They have made their mark in earlimart for a reason as I have been buying here for years when there was no patio or tables around just a truck on the side of the road! Wait time is about 15 mins even when they're quite busy, but you can see them consistently working thru their open window truck.”

“Been here a couple of times when doing business in the West part of Delano. The burgers, sandwiches, shakes and cold desserts are all exceptional. I Just don’t recommend the Shawarma wrap. Don’t expect it to be like a Gyro or a Mediterranean style wrap, what you’ll get is Mexican flour tortilla, chicken and veggies.”

“We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was meh, as you had to order at the counter. Then the cashier would cook the food and deliver. It was delicious! The cook did offer to add bbq sauce, but I prefer to eat my food the Mediterranean way. Would highly recommend the baba ganoosh. Plenty of vegetarian options.”
